Every unit in the resort is a separate attached house with cathedral ceiling, two master bedroom suites, gas fireplace, extensive patio and walled private pool and Jacuzzi.
This one has dramatic mountain views from the bedroom, living room and swimming pool areas, the best in the Sundance Resort. Common facilities located in the resort include extensive open green belts, two regulation sizes night-lit tennis court, a gymnasium, basketball court, air conditioned racquet-ball court, huge club house, with stone fire place and extensive seating and lots of upholstered furniture.

Why the Owner Chose Sundance Resort
The deciding factors to buy this property were that it was a condominium association of all free standing unit each unit with it’s own swimming pool and Jacuzzi and a high wall around each swimming pool for privacy.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I enjoy very much the very large green belt and the huge open grass dog run, the night-lit tennis courts, the gymnasium (not available to renters) the central club house and basketball court are all enjoyable as it’s my own individual swimming poor Jacuzzi and fireplace.

I am 67yo attorney largely retired now who purchase this property with a law partner at he time, it was originally purchased as a second home and weekend rentals.
It was originally a Clint Murchison Resort with one home for every Dallas Cowboy and it later became a hotel. The hotel went bankrupt and I purchased this property at action.

We enjoyed our time and loved the weather. We had a couple of problems and when I called the owners they were very gracious. Unfortunately the unit was a bit tired, the Jacuzzi heater was broken (actually disassembled, they said they hoped to have had it repaired prior to our arrival) and the shrubbery was overgrown impeding the walkway around the pool, which can be seen in the photos. Also listed as Rental Features, but not found, were a Stereo System, Music Library, Jetted Tub in Bath, Ping Pong/Table Tennis. With some TLC this is a very nice unit with a gorgous mountain view.

Is well worth reserving the place You won't regret staying here! We stayed at this condo for two weeks. The house was wonderful. It was clean and well kept, with plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. We felt at home. The listing is very accurate. Marianne was very responsive when we were scheduling our trip. I highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed our stay. We spent days and nights relaxing at the heated pool .We are already discussing returning in the future. We had a great time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

The house was very neat. The resort is very calm and private. It was just perfect. We had our little pool championships and barbecues in the evening.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Very well located, we were very delighted to say the least. The photos were accurate, the place was well maintained and clean. I definitively want to stay again and will recommend this house to my friends.
