Enjoy your vacation in a new, luxurious beach house, built in 2008! This home is located in The Preserve At Grayton Beach, a private gated community, that backs up to Grayton Beach State Park. The private deeded beach is directly across the street from the subdivision, via a private shaded boardwalk (short 8 minute walk from front door, or 5 minute walk if you park at the pool). The Preseve features 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, workout room, and 2 pool houses/pavilions with restrooms. Nearby, you will find the world famous Red Bar (2 miles), Watercolor and Seaside (3 miles), lots of cute village shops, restaurants, and bars (1 mile), Starbucks & Another Broken Egg (1 mile). The Preserve is located off of Highway 30-A, and is minutes to Watercolor, Watercrest, Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, Santa Rosa beach, and Sandestin. Grayton Beach is located between Destin (about 20 minutes) and Panama City (about 30 minutes). A short drive away, you will find the Silver Sand Shopping Outlet, amusement parks, miniature golf, restaurants and bars (also walking/biking distance), shopping, movie theaters, and more! You will also enjoy biking on the long bike trail that runs along most of Highway 30-A.
The beautiful & luxurious home has 3 levels. Enter the home from the large front porch, complete with seating to relax on! On the open and spacious main level, you will find a large family room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, laundry room, and master suite! The family room features ample seating, 50 inch plasma TV w/DVD player & HD cable, and WiFi highspeed internet. The large kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful cabinets, upgraded appliances, and all the utensils/cooking supplies you need. The dining room comfortably seats 10! The laundry room has a full size washer & dryer, and hooks to hang your beach towels/bags. Access the large back deck through the laundry room or master bedroom, and enjoy grilling fresh fish or steaks on the large gas grill. The back deck also provides access to the screened porch off the master suite.
The large master suite has a king sized bed, ceiling fan, & flat screen TV. Also features access to the screened porch, which overlooks Grayton Beach State Park. The master bath has double vanities, granite countertops, corner whirlpool tub, and huge shower!
The 2nd level has 2 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen sized bed, and one bedroom also has a set of twin bunkbeds. Both bathrooms feature granite countertops. One bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo, and the other has a large tile shower with glass doors.
The 3rd level is a loft area. There is a wet bar with a refrigerator and stereo. The day bed w/ trundle bed provides 2 twin beds. There is access to the rooftop deck, which has a view of the beach and is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine! You will also see shooting stars on a clear night!
Sleeping arrangements: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle Bed, 1 Twin rollaway bed, 1 couch. Sleeps 12 comfortably! Also ample floor space for your Aero Beds/Air mattresses.

Why the Owner Chose Grayton Beach
We chose Grayton Beach because it is the most beautiful area on the panhandle! It is close enough to Destin and Panama City, yet "off the beaten path" enough to be able to escape the traffic and congestion. There is so much to do in Grayton Beach and the surrounding areas of Seaside, Watercolor, and Sandestin. We can't think of any other place we would rather have a vacation house to escape to!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy being able to walk a very short walk across the street, and be on the private beach! We also love to enjoy the 2 pools, tennis courts, and workout room! The bike path goes for miles along 30A, and is perfect for walking, running, or riding bikes. There is so much to do along 30A, yet it is not as busy as Destin or Panama City. But, if you want the crowds, you can drive about 20 minutes in either direction to either one! The shopping is also wonderful, and you can go to the Silver Sand outlets in Sandestin, or shop all of the boutiques and shops in Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, etc.! There is so much to do, or the house is perfect to relax in!
