Great time there; Quiet, peaceful, extremely clean!! Small issue with locks, owner met us right away and took care of. They are small, but perfect size for couple or maybe 2 kids. Very close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Will definitely use again.
Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Our family stayed in treehouse #5 July 5-9, 2010. We did NOT enjoy our stay! The small road leading to the cabins is unsafe. It is one-lane with two-way traffic winding around curves and up and down hills. There were several occasions when we met other traffic in a curve. It was unnerving to say the least! When we arrived at the cabins, we found there is VERY little room to manuever a vehicle in this tight space. To get to #5 or #6, you need to turn into #4 then back up again to get to the drive. Backing out is another issue altogether. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the cabin was still not ready after 4 p.m. We first arrived just after the 3 p.m. check-in time and found the cleaning van there. We left and returned an hour later to find he was still there cleaning! The cabin was clean, but much smaller than it appears in the photos. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and should not be considered an option for sleeping. These cabins will only sleep two comfortably. The loft was not accessible because the ladder in our treehouse was broken. We were not informed of this before we arrived. We left three messages with the partners who manage these treehouse cabins, none of which were returned. However, we know they got the messages because we also tried calling from a different number, posing as an interested renter. Interestingly, THAT call was returned. Everything on the website and on the information inside the cabin says they want to do whatever possible to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, their actions speak otherwise! After receiving no response from the owners regarding our complaints, we were so uncomfortable here that we chose to leave early and pay for a motel room rather than spend another night in these conditions. Suffice it to say, we will not return!
