Kodiak Lodge is a very well kept, luxuriously furnished single family home and has never been in a rental program until this year. It is immaculate!
Bear Hollow is close to great restaurants, theatres, grocery, gift shopping, fast food, fuel and banking.
Fantastic location puts it just minutes from 3 great ski resorts and only 45 minutes from six more. This is home to the 2002 winter Olympics and the greatest snow on earth. You can see the ski jump from your front door! A free bus shuttle stop is a short walk to the main highway.
Enjoy your vacation in sheer comfort with new furniture, cozy beds and linens, gas fireplace, chef's kitchen and all the amenities including flat screen television, satelite programming and its own private hot tub on the balcony.
The master suite has a Queen bed as does the 2nd upstairs suite and main floor bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a daybed (making 2 twins) and bedroom five has bunkbeds that sleep two. The home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.
The activity area provides three shared hot tubs, a pool during the summer, foosball, ping pong and pool table. A great place for the family to enjoy after a great day of skiing.
