If you only want the very best, this is the place for you! Enjoy the majestic ocean, feed your soul, and relax like you never did before. Watch the dolphins pass by... Unwind in our under the stars Jacuzzi, soak in the rays in our lanai... All this ten minutes away from Santa Monica, restaurants, the pier, etc.

This fabulous home on the sand has more than 2000 sq. ft. and has 4 outdoor balconies and walkways totaling 1400 sq. ft. more. Sleep to the magnificent sound of the ocean waves from the master bedroom suite which includes a balcony with unparalleled ocean view, a small mirrored over the ocean office, spiral staircase to the roof and an indoor glassed walled bathroom spa finished in titanium and granite featuring separate vanities and make-up mirrors, a huge Jacuzzi tub with attached massage table and an unbelievable two person shower and steam room with literally hundreds of jets coming from many angles. The master suite also features multiwall mirror closets, flat screen TV and small breakfast area.

The second king-sized bedroom suite is almost as large as the master and features wall to wall mirrored closets and brand new bathroom with shower and tub. A central theater room with retractable 8 foot screen, contains a queen size sleeper sofa can also be used as 3rd bedroom.

The lower floor features an eat-in black granite kitchen with Subzero and Viking titanium appliances, a third full bathroom with shower, formal dining room, huge 73 inch TV and a wood burning or gas optional fireplace. Other toys contained there include a working soda fountain and ice cream freezer, a computer, printer, fax station and an electric dumbwaiter which takes food to the master suite and the fabulous indoor/outdoor roof top spa The downstairs is completed by a semi-circular enormous balcony 13 feet above the ocean with seating for 12 and a 2 car garage with plenty of storage.

I love beach front living that's why I decided to buy this home. I bought this property in 04/1979 because I wanted a two-story house on the beach in the close-in part of Malibu.

This was originally my primary home when I partially retired and purchased many other homes around the world it became no longer necessary to stay in Los Angeles large parts of the year

Clean, fully equipped, well maintained, Maria (the maid) is very nice, personable and helpful. Exactly as advertised and well priced compared to other rental homes. It was perfectly located for us and anything we wanted/needed was available,it is walking distance from The Moon Shadows.

We were staying with 13 years old girls. This is the most comfortable place we ever stayed with the kids. The property has everything what you can even think off. Jacuzzi and Beach is wonderful. I would highly recommend this place especially for families with kids.

A Nightmare-renter beware!

Do not believe what you read. The house is not renter friendly and has that feel that someone just left in a hurry before you got there.. When we arrived we found numerous personal items left at bedside in drawers and closets( a half empty soda can and a prescription bottle on the nightstand). The sheets were not clean. The electronic equipment listed does not work. There are no instructions on how to use anything. The kithchen was not equiped for cooking. There were a couple of greasy pots and all of the utensils and flatware were greasy. I had to wash everything before use. I went out and bought paper plates and plastic utensils. There was open boxes of food in all the cabinets. There were no paper towels or toilet paper. There were used shampoo and soap bottles in the shower. Most disturbing were the rodents in the ceiling of the guest room. Even more creepy, during our stay we had 2 instances of strangers who let themselves in and were walking around. One ocassion 3 men came through the bedroom just after i showered and were heading upstairs to check the roof top area. To top it off the girlfriend of the owner came the morning before check-out and said we were suposed to be gone. After showing her that our rental contract ended the next day, she was very upset because they had booked someone else for that day. When we left the next day, after gathering up all the trash and putting the towels in the laundry, we passed by a half-hour later and they were checking people in. They didn't even clean the unit before checking in the next renter. To boot the owner charged me an extremely ridiculous amount for damages. He would not produce any documentation only saying that we left the place a mess. Unfortunately for me, my credit card company could not remove the charge because the burden of proof is on the renter to disprove the claim. Next time I will take before and after pictures, you can be sure! The only thing I did that I failed to do was put the trash outside in a bin.(If they had a list of rules like most rentals I would have known that) Who checks in guests without a thourough cleaning after a stay??? No wonder the place was dirty when we arrived. We were ripped off! Do not let it happen to you. Also beware if you have children there are tons of perscription bottles amongst other personal products in the bathroom drawers. I have rented many houses and condos and have never had such an unpleasnt experience. Renter beware

Owner response:I have read with amazement the dramatic fictional details of L.C., in L.C.’S account of her fictional stay. The only truth in Ms. C. account is that we charged part of her security deposit. When Ms. C. disputed the charge, pictures and declarations under penalty of perjury were submitted to Chase Bank to support our charge for damage. Her claim was rejected because of our evidence (which included photographs of garbage dump, broken bed and statements from cleaning personal) all of which show her to be a liar. The place was left like a Zoo cage. 1.) Miss C. and/or her son, broke the circular bed in the Master Bedroom, the bed was new and the store (Z Gallery) replaced free of charge; 2.) Miss C. and/or her son also broke a Japanese electronic toilet seat and two bathroom scales; 3.) They left an huge amount of garbage everywhere in the house, even inside of the closet; In the kitchen alone it was 6 garbage bags with rotten food, 4.) All the toilets of the house were full and couldn’t be flushed (we have invoices from Malibu pluming). 5.) The sconce in the guest bedroom was also broken; 6.) The house required 2 full days of cleaning by 2 people; 7.) There was no one clean towel. During her stay she made no complaint and neglected to put any review at all for 11 months after her stay. The house was clean after her arrival by two maids who worked in the house for years. I was unable to rent my house for 47 days because I had no bed. I have referred these slanders to my attorneys for further actions.
