CASABLANCA at SUNSET VILLAS
Gorgeous Florida-style cottage with a Mediterranean flair. Three large balconies overlook the Gulf, pool, and beautifully landscaped courtyard. Courtyard is fenced and gated. Large area so that you can enjoy outside dining. Pool area right outside our door and is shared with only three other houses in our Villa developement. You can watch the kids play in the pool from all 3 floors of the house!
This developement is like Rosemary Beach, Carillon Beach and Seaside houses without the high prices and crowds. The famous golfer, Greg Norman loved the area so much that he built his new Wild Heron Golf and Beach Club in our area. Our beach is never crowded, (even on the 4th of July!) We are on the opposite end of all the "teens" and the crowds. There are no Hotels or Highrise condos in the area. Casablanca is a single dwelling house, the photo you see is our entire house, all three floors are yours to enjoy!
Located in quiet and desirable West Panama City Beach, away from crowds, yet convenient to everything. We are about 100 steps away from the beautiful white sands beach with easy beach access. We are right across the street from the beach, it takes less than 2 minutes to get there! Its much quicker to the beach from our house than if you stayed in a highrise condo on the beach.
It's as close as it gets to the beach if you want a house with a pool. We have the best of both worlds; a great pool and patio, and a great beach too!The area has little traffic and is for those who enjoy a more upscaled environment. The views from the balconies are fabulous and you can even see the ocean from the bed in the master bedroom! This is perfect for families and adults who want privacy and convenience. Located 10 mins. from the new PIER PARK and mins. away from the FRANK BROWN SOFTBALL/BASEBALL PARK.

**GREAT PLACE FOR A SMALL WEDDING**
Just think how great it will be not dragging a luggage cart with suitcases, groceries, kids, and everything else we all take on vacation, across the hot parking, through the lobby, up the elevator (after waiting 15 mins. because it has stopped on every floor!), then all the way down an endless hallway. At our house you can drive right up to our back door! We have everything you need for a great beach holiday.

Sleeps one to ten plus (with floor space for more, if needed). Bed sizes include: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins and one queen fold out couch, also aerobed air mattress available. There are also 2 other rental houses in our developement for those with large families or several friends who like to vacation together.
Great for family reunions too!
Once you stay here you will never rent a condo again!
