  This property was perfect for my husband and I, two kids and our dog. The décor and remodeling is very nice and warm. My girls loved being in the bedroom with the two twin beds and TV!. It really had everything we needed! I also appreciated it being in a cul de sac so if the kids didn't feel like riding there bikes on the trail (due to the weather) they could just ride in the cul de sac. We were so comfortable relaxing at night after a full day of playing! We hope to certainly be back!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  Loved the property. Everything was CLEAN. Excellent remodel of an older home. LARGE hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed. Have recommended to friends. Very cozy and relaxing home. Thanks for everything!

  Terri's house is a great place to get away. We had beautiful sunny weather and could ski right from the house. She offered us some passes to SHARC, which our kids loved. House is very friendly, warm, perfectly set up for a nice time in Sunriver. Hot tub was beautiful and it is nice to find a clean comfortable place where we can bring our dog so we didn't have to leave her on our vacation. We definitely hope to be back soon.

  I rented this cabin with a few friends to celebrate Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen opens into the living area, so those cooking can still be part of the group. The bedrooms were good sized and the master bedroom was especially comfy with its own bathroom. Each day we spent time in the hot tub, enjoying a good soak after skiing. The owner was a delight to deal with, very responsive throughout the whole process. We made a lot of great memories in this place and hopefully will continue to in the future!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is convenient to everything. It really is in a great location---our teens could walk to the Village---it would be an easy bike ride. It's also close to the pool. The hot tub is private and nice, and the house itself is very cozy and had everything we needed. We did not bring our dog, but I will say for a place that cosiders dogs, this house was extremely clean! I was impressed! Thanks for a great stay. Note: No air conditioning. If you are heat sensitive in the high time of summer this might be worth noting. The house does cool off at night if the windows are open and stays cool if the blinds are drawn.

  We had a great time relaxing and enjoying sun river. The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6. The kids rode their bikes around the cul-de-sac without much concern for traffic. The ping pong table in the garage worked well for the time it was raining outside. The only negative comment I have is that the kitchen is a little tight for more than one cook.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

  We spent post-Christmas to New Year's at this wonderful Sunriver retreat. What a treat it was! Convenient - location could not have been easier. Super close to the amenities of grocery store, rentals and the Lodge. If we realized we needed something, running out was not a hassle. Comfortable - the 3 distinct bedrooms easily fit our family, and with a dog in the mix, never felt crowded. The open floor plan for the living space (kitchen, dining area & living area) allowed us to be together yet still do our own things. We were able to cook great meals in the updated kitchen, play LOTS of board games at the table and stay relaxed by the fire in the living room. Cozy - Fire place, new carpet, hot tub - all really allowed us to be cozy and have fun while the snow dumped around us! Choice - Terri was attentive to needs (she had gas brought in for the grill when we realized it was empty) and thoughtful (checking in to make sure all was well). I'd absolutely be back to Terri's house. Overall, it was the perfect location and space for us to unwind, relax and spend quality time with family (as the 5 of us came from Seattle, Portland and Chicago to be together). Thank you Terri!

  Oh my gosh, I loved your home it was beautiful, very relaxing and it was very cozy. I love that dogs were welcome, it made it very easy for my family. The location was great too. We went to the water, it was amazing. The horse stables were great too! I will definitely be visiting again all the way from Virginia. Thank you! :)

  We had a great family Spring Break! Wonderful skiing and (mostly) great weather. We loved your house, it is very comfortable and lovely. Enjoyed seeing Quail out in the yard and loved the hot tub after a hard day of skiing.
