Every inch of this home has been designed and crafted to express the best of Sun Valley's western mountain lifestyle in a modern, light-filled way. White-washed pine-plank walls and ceilings with antique recycled pine floors give the house a 'museum quality' minimalism while still being very comfortable and rugged.
This three-story home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the main floor are the kitchen and living spaces. The upper floor has a master suite/bath with incredible unobstructed Baldy Mountain view and gas fireplace, and second bedroom with two twin beds and attached bath. Both bedrooms have balcony access. The lower floor can be separately accessed, and also has it's own kitchen, and living space which includes a 50" HD plasma TV, DVD, Wii and stereo. There are two bedrooms and a bath; a master with king bed and second bedroom with two twins. Washers and dryers are located at both the upper and lower levels.
This location is in the heart of downtown Ketchum; within one block of downtown shops, restaurants, and galleries. Slopes are less than 5 minutes by car, or a 2 minute walk to the free bus service.

Our family recently stayed in this beautiful home. We decided that it was the perfect layout, 2 bedrooms up & down, 2 kitchens, 2 washer and dryers, etc. Everyone was happy and had their own space. The home was beautifully laid out, great details, nice furnishings, comfy beds, very clean, it felt just like home (we could have moved right in!) it looked just like the photos. We were in Ketchum for our son's wedding and it was so nice to be in town as our guest could just stop in and say hello while visiting the downtown area. I would highly recommend this rental, we were extremely pleased with it and the owners were wonderful to work with. Thanks for the beautiful place to stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Perfect for girls' weekend get-a-way or several couples. It's 3 levels, with bedrooms on the top and bottom levels. The living area was so easy and enjoyable to spend time in. The decor was great and exactly like the photos show. And the owner was one of the best I've ever worked with - responsive, kind and accommodating; thanks, Tracee! We made an amazing dinner the first night, and everything was there that we could have needed. Hope I have reason to go back soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
