Located 30 minutes north of the City of San Diego this fully furnished and equiped condo is available for rental.
This unit features two bedrooms and two full baths on two levels.
First Level -
The first level has a master bedroom with two (2) queen-size beds and cable TV, a living room with cable TV and Blu-ray player. A full bathroom with hair dryer is next to the bedroom. All linens are provided. The first floor sleeps 4 people comfortably.
The fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances and includes an electric stove/oven, large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. All utensils and glassware needed to prepare and serve meals is supplied. The kitchen also provides filtered drinking water. A small east-facing patio offers views of the mountains.
Second Level -
The second level features a second bedroom with king-size bed, cable TV/VCR, and a full bathroom. A very large patio offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, Oceanside Beach, harbor, and sunsets. The second floor sleeps 2 people comfortably.
Additional Information -
A one-car, private, parking space is included in the underground gated garage. Wireless DSL internet access is provided without charge. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. This is a six-person maximum, no smoking, and no pets unit.

- Air Conditioning : No air conditioning is available in any unit at North Coast Village. The breeze from the ocean cools the unit. We have ceiling fans in every room and additional floor fans if you like it cooler.

- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : Additional pay parking is available in the parking lot across the street. You will have to pay for two parking spaces if you have a trailer attached to your vehicle.

- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : Unit owner is allergic to pet dander. No pets allowed ever. North Coast village does not allow pets in the complex. Fines for pets are very high. Don't think about bringing your pet.
- Kid Friendly : We have many families stay in the condo. The layout of having a bedroom/ bath upstairs and another downstairs provides some privacy for adults and teens.
- Smoking Not Allowed : Sorry, absolutely no smoking in the unit. OK to smoke outside but not on the patio or deck. You must go to a stair landing or down to the first floor.

Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
I lived in San Diego for 8 years and loved the sunshine and warm weather. A job change brought me to the midwest. I still long for the warm winters and beautiful ocean views. We'll be back to live here. In the meantime you can enjoy the condo.
Oceanside is a wonderful place to stay. It is not near the crazyness of Pacific Beach and yet offers one of the best public beaches in the country. Surf contests are frequently held at this beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We watch every sunset possible. A glass of wine and a snack on the upstairs patio is a nice way to end a day.
Join a fishing expedition on a large boat. Day and overnight trips available.
Legoland toys and theme park located in Carlsbad, CA. off Cannon Road
Whale watching, fishing, restaurants, boat rentals, surf gear and tourist shops are located in the harbor area. Walk to the harbor as parking is very difficult to find in the summer.

Beautiful views and sunsets. Had fun collecting sand dollars. Weather was cold-cause that was the time of year we could come. Otherwise very nice and sunny till last day was rain. Beautiful landscapes. Condo was very nice and great!

Enjoyed the cooler weather on the beach and watching our grandson play in the waves and sand. Discovered Seaport village by the Coaster train and Coronado Island by ferry boat. Legoland was another day with lot's of rides and fun. Weather was warm and a little cloudy. Much cooler than PHX. Great temps. Thank you for a mcuh needed and overdue family vacation. It's been fun making great memories at the beach for us all!

Weather was cloudy in the morning. Afternoons were warm adn sunny. Lovely climate. We went to San Diego for a tour and the zoo. Chilled out at the beach, eat our a lot and enjoyed the experience at Joe's Crab Shack! Loved the location and sound of the ocean at night

Some wonderful things we did - whale watching, scripps aquarium, kayaking in a sea cave, univeral studio's and just hanging out at the beach.

Walked on the beach and found lots of sand dollars. Visited the pier x2. Mostly spent time at the condo with our super grandkids. What a wonderful place to stay and live. Will always be grateful to kevin and patty for sharing your home with us. Grandson going is US Marine and going to Afgan at end of month.

We loved the condo and locaton. Hope to come again next year with better weather! Visited Legoland, Disney, beach, Wild Animal Park and watched fireworks show at Legoland.

Mostly sunny and great temperature. We did surfing, kayaking, fishing, shopping, San Diego and went to hollywood for taping of "Don't forget the lyrics". We loved your place!
