Located 30 minutes north of the City of San Diego this fully furnished and equiped condo is available for rental.
This unit features two bedrooms and two full baths on two levels.
First Level -
The first level has a master bedroom with two (2) queen-size beds and cable TV, a living room with cable TV and DVD/CD player. A full bathroom with hair dryer is next to the bedroom. All linens are provided. The first floor sleeps 4 people comfortably.
The fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances and includes an electric stove/oven, large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. All utensils and glassware needed to prepare and serve meals is supplied. The kitchen also provides filtered drinking water. A small east-facing patio offers views of the mountains.
Second Level -
The second level features a second bedroom with king-size bed, cable TV/VCR, and a full bathroom. A very large patio offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, Oceanside Beach, harbor, and sunsets. The second floor sleeps 2 people comfortably.
Additional Information -
A one-car, private, parking space is included in the underground gated garage. Wireless DSL internet access is provided without charge. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. This is a six-person maximum, no smoking, and no pets unit.
