This family friendly home is close to downtown Vineyard Haven and a private association beach, yet enjoys the beauty of 2 secluded acres. In the rocking chairs on the covered front porch you can relax with a book, or sit with a glass of wine as the sun goes down, and then enjoy the campfire in the front yard as the stars come up. That's the perfect time to move to the back deck where you can soak in the hot tub and gaze at the crystal clear Vineyard night sky.
The house is open and inviting with a large, combined living room and kitchen surrounded by windows, with vaulted ceiling and beach stone fireplace. Meals can be served informally in the sunny breakfast nook or breakfast bar, or in the formal dining room which easily seats 10. French doors lead to a patio with furniture for outside dining.
The Master Bedroom (with vaulted ceiling) and bath are on the first floor allowing for separation and privacy. The bathroom is complete with clawfoot tub, bidet and oversized shower with two showerheads. The first floor also has a separate TV/Family room, the laundry facilities, and access to the back deck with hot tub and enclosed outdoor shower.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath, all with fresh paint and lovely decor. One has a queen bed and the other two each have 2 twin beds.
