This condo was in a very beautiful area of Tucson and had everything that we needed for a memorable two week stay. We made use of the pool and hot tub often after a day of hiking or sight seeing. Having an entrance to Ventana Canyon hiking trail is a real plus. The condo was well equipped and the furniture comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo at Ventana Canyon was perfect for the two of us for a month, with its well-equipped kitchen, its Foreman grill, and its balcony with a view of the Santa Catalina mountains. An overflowing basket of fruit and nuts greeted us, along with an orchid, which bloomed continuously throughout our visit. Access to the hiking trails was excellent. The stout walking sticks made our hikes more enjoyable. The condo was clean and the grounds were nicely maintained. Tucson was easy to access from this desirable northeast location. Thank you, Laura for providing a warm, inviting home away from home, and for leaving very specific instructions, which helped to make our stay more comfortable.

We loved our stay so much in November, that we returned in May!! The listing description for this condo is terrific. It is exactly as described and pictured. The location for hikers, especially, can't be beat-the Ventana Canyon trailhead is literally right out your front door! When you arrive, there are fresh flowers on the coffee table and either a fruit basket or wine, cheese and baguette in the kitchen! We really appreciate these extra little touches.Laura is a lovely lady who is always so helpful with recommending restaurants, sights not to be missed and even a good place to take a yoga class! We would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to stay here again!!

This second floor 1B 1B unit was sparkling clean on arrival, with fresh flowers, wine, bread, cheese, and wood for the fireplace. The kitchen was nicely furnished for cooking in, which we did quite a bit during our 4 week stay. The Forman electric grill on the balcony was a nice addition and worked great. The location was quiet and had great views of the mountains. We could see the hikers on the hiking trail that originated at the Loew's hotel-there was a gate on our property that allowed direct access to the trail. The beautiful Ventana Canyon golf course was nearby. The queen bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Plus access to downtown was 20 minutes or so. We can highly recommend this unit to others. A great stay! We left kicking and screaming!!!

I found the property to be clean, well furnished, ideally situated and perfect for my needs and those of my 13 year old girl and 9 year old boy (who loved staying there). It was great to have a lovely walk up to the Canyon top straight from the back door almost where you can see so much wildlife. Would stay there again.

We just returned from a week stay in this condo and it was a really nice place. Everything we needed was there including kitchen stuff, washer and dryer, nice TV, pool, hot tub and clubhouse with computers. It's a well kept, quiet complex with lovely landscaping. The trail to Ventana Canyon is a few steps away and shopping and restaurants are close by. I hope we stay here on our next trip to Tucson - I loved it!

The condo was beautifully decorated and well-stocked and more than lived up to our expectations. It DID look like the pictures on the Web. Everything worked fine and the owners seem to have anticipated anything one might need for a week or longer stay from plenty of pots and pans to a can opener to fluffy towels. We're hoping to visit Tucson again next spring and would like to return to the condo if we do. An added touch was a basket of fruit and nuts which welcomed us on arrival

Thanks for providing all the comfortable extras in your beautifully furnished condo. The easy access to the Ventana Canyon walking trail was a big plus for this beautiful location. Thanks also for being "on call" for advice on treating a mild case of heat exhaustion, even though the weather was not extremely hot. We'll plan a longer stay to allow time to adjust from humid Michigan. The ceiling fans are amazingly effective. We had an enjoyable week. Rebecca & Ed

We stayed from Christmas Eve until New Years Eve. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. Beautiful place. (The 12/31 comment posted by the homeowner was what we wrote in Laura and Mike's guest book.) We will definitely be back.

Thank you so much Laura. We had a wonderful time. The condo is gorgeous. It was like home away from home. Our family members were jealous as we had the nicest of the 3 condos in the complex that we rented. All 15 of us enjoyed Christmas dinner here and we didn't have any trouble cooking as you have outfitted the kitchen so well. We will definitely be back. Happy New Year.

We had a wonderful vacation. This is our second trip to Tucson in the Ventana area and have enjoyed your condo very much. Thank you for the delicious wine basket. What a treat! We will return again soon. Like the previous guests wrote; great mattress! Who would think one could be so comfortable away from home? PS. Thank you for the hangers, another special treat.

We stayed with our family over Labor Day weekend and had the most enjoyable time. We felt like we were right at home with all of the amenities that were furnished. The patio offered beautiful views of Ventana Canyon. We were even lucky enough to watch a thunderstorm roll through the Canyon. We will continue to visit the condo for future relaxing getaways! This is the perfect place for a nature enthusiast or for someone that is looking for a little rest and relaxation.

Thank you Laura for your attention to details in this very cosy condo. You care to offer the best and we really appreciated! It was the perfect home away from home during our stressfull relocation to Tucson. The location is so peacefull: one morning, I even had the luck to see a bobcat passing by under the balcony!! Yet, a plazza with good restaurants, groceries, gas station, banks, post office and even a spa is conveniently just down the road! We met friendly people in the complex which made us feel welcome in Tucson. I appreciated the appartment layout, it flows well and uses the space efficiently. We were greatful for a great mattress too (we are sleep deprived with a 3 months old baby!). The kitchen is well equipped with quality dishware and appliances. Thank you again, it was a pleasure doing business with you and we will sure keep your condo in mind for visiting family and friends! All our best! Ingrid and Andy

My wife and I had a great time visiting Tucson. The condo was just right for the two of us. We have traveled all over the US and found Tucson to be very hospitable. The location of this condo is very close to many hiking tails and a national forest (Sabino Canyon). We had a great time hiking there. Shopping is close by so you don't need to travel very far to buy supplies. Laura left us a goodie basket that was terrific. The condo itself is very well furnished and the bed was very comfy. All in all we had a great time.

It was such a relief to open the door to this condo (after a long day of travelling to get here) to see a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to call home for a week. Thank you for the very obvious care you put into the place. Travelers such as we, very much appreciate a fine place to stay. P.S. Thank you for the beautiful welcome basket.

Six glorious weeks have flown by and we enjoyed our stay tremendously! We will remember looking at the mountains first thing in the morning with a cup of tea on the balcony. The condo is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We had hikes, visits to various sights and museums and even went to the opera and the rodeo! We look forward to coming back another year to escape the cold New England winters! Thank you so much.

From the outset we were extremely pleased with this VRBO offering - one of the best we have encountered, and attractively priced. Very tasteful and comfortable furnishings and decor, as indicated in the pictures. Numerous amenities were thoughtfully included in the kitchen and bath furnishings. Owners were most accommodating in helping to resolve a few minor issues due to our unfamiliarity with the unit. The unit is adjacent to the Ventana Canyon trail that leads to a beautiful canyon hike. All in all, this unit was a wonderful way to spend our winter holiday, and we plan to repeat next year if possible.
