Our condo is on one of the highest points on Lake Travis, so the views are breathtaking. It is decorated Texas chic style, with antiques, our condo is very comfortable and private, not to mention large enough, approx. 1500 sq. ft. 3/2+study that each person can have some space but still be together. The shared hot tub is just below our back door and pool just a few steps from that. It is truly the ideal place to relax and unwind.
We are just 30 mins drive thru the beautiful Hill Country to Marble Falls a quaint small town with great restaurants and antiquing. 20 mins. toward Austin is the new Galleria Mall. In the small village of Spicewood, only 10 mins.drive is beautiful Krause Springs where it is fun to spend a day or afternoon picnicing and swimming in the spring fed swimming holes. In Spicewood you'll also find, some of the best BBQ in Texas, a zipline thru the canopy of trees and a vineyard or 2.
There is so much to do in the area San Antonio is less than 2 hrs away with many great small towns along the way. Burnett has the Longhorn Caverns which are a must see, they even offer concerts in the caverns in summer. Fredericksburg is 1hr. and a very scenic and easy drive.

- Air Conditioning : 2 a/c units one dedicated to each floor. Plus ceiling fans in every room.
- Linens Provided : Just show up with your personal items, food and pool towels, we have an abundance of bath towels and linens.
- Washer : Washer is for this unit only, and is very large capacity and easy to use.
- Dryer : Dryer is for this unit only and is large capacity. We also have an iron avail. just in case
- Covered Parking : We have space for one car convered parking, but there is a parking lot for other cars.

- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : Across the street from the condo is an area for trailer parking.

- King Bed : Master is upstairs with a comfy king and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.
- Twin/Single Bed (3) : Bedroom on main floor has 2 twins which can be pushed together. Decorated with Ralph Lauren bedding this room is sure to please singles or couples.
- Bunk Bed : Kids bedroom upstairs has one set of twin bunkbeds and one twin bed. This room is decorated in a fishing theme, kids love it.
- Convertible Bed (2) : In our study just off the master we have a sleeper sofa. This room is separated from master by half wall and platation shudders. In the main living area is our beautiful sofa which is the same size as a twin bed.
- Crib : We have a porta crib available.

- Shared Hot Tub : Just below our main level alcony is the shared hot tub, it is large and will easily seat 10 with incredible views. Has jets and bubbles.
- Cable/Satellite TV (2) : There are 2 Tv's that get cable. One in the main living area and the other in the downstairs bedroom. There is a TV in the office and we bring gaming systems to hook to it.

- Shared Pool : Just past the hot tub is the pool. It is fenced in for safety, no diving board and only goes to 5 ft. deep.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill : Brand new gas grill on main level balcony, with extra propane bottle. Grill while relaxing and enjoying the great view of Lake Travis
- Deck/Patio : Wooden deck below our condo is a shared common area for all guests, super views of the lake. Great for sunning.
- Balcony : We have 2 balconys: 1)on main level of condo with rockers and other on top floor with chairs, open to the sky, great for star gazing (we have a telescope)must see the view at nite to believe. During the day is great for catching some rays.

- Lakefront : We are located on one of the highest points on the lake with amazing views and fishing. We fish off our dock and have had great fun and luck catching catfish. Swim off the dock or use the pool and just bask in the view. Lake is just down the stairs below common deck/patio area.

- We are right in the middle of 4 great wine trails. Two vineyards are just 7 miles away in Spicewood. There are so many quaint, old historic towns within an hours drive in every direction; Dripping Springs, Marble Falls, Johnson City, Fredricksburg, Llano, Enchanted Rock, Krause Springs, Deep Eddy, Barton Springs, we have the best location in the world - amazing view of the lake. On our daily walks we see deer, roadrunners and other wildlife and we are just minutes from the big city, Austin and all it has to offer and charming old small towns with their own unique beauty and fun. Just up the road Spicewood has a zipline thru the tree canopies, some of the best BBQ in Texas, Krause Springs, and vineyards. So much to do all within a 10 - 60 mins. drive from our beautiful condo. San Antonio is about 1.5 hrs. drive and Fredericksburg is 1 hr. away very scenic and easy drive.

We've been coming and renting a condo here since 1990. I've lived in France and think the view here is better than in Cannes and Nice. We love the beauty, for us Lake Travis is heaven on earth.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Hot tub and pool right out the back door. Especially in fall and winter the hot tub is like your own. Top balcony with nothing obstructing your view is the best stargazing in this galaxy. Relaxing but never boring. Great fishing...even better eating.
View and Texas scenery that will make you thankful to be alive and grateful for your senses.

My children and I at the Cypress Canopy Tours zip-lining our way throught the tree canopies. A day of adventure, fun for all. We also did a tour of Austin, at dusk, on Segways. We got to see the bats come out. We love Austin!!!

I stayed in the mid November and it was great. The condo was very comfortable, all the utilities and services were as described by the owner and the ads in the websites. Most importantly the owner was on the phone to address any concerns we might have and her descriptions were great. This is a very nice vacation spot ... we would definitely make a comeback in the near future.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

In our last visit to Lake Travis we found this condo to be superb. The views are some of the most breathtaking I have seen on Lake Travis. The condo itself is a home away from home. Unlike other places we have stayed, much love and attention has been put into the details. The kitchen is stocked right down to every gadget you could ever need for your stay. The cleanliness was top notch. Such a comfortable condo made for some real fun. We will be going back!

We stayed there last summer with friends and I can't wait to go back. This is a wonderful condo that feels just like home- comfortable, quiet with everything that you could want. Full sized refrigerator and fully stocked kitchen so that you can cook full meals for the gang. The view of the lake is drop dead gorgeous.. with full access for the boat or jet ski. Peaceful with plenty of wildlife- birds, deer. And so close to town and shopping. This is the perfect get away...

a group of girlfriends enjoyed this property last summer, full kitchen was stocked with all we needed, great balcony for visiting and taking in beautiful view of water and boating, very comfortable, would go back again and again, walked and enjoyed the wildlife adjacent to the property, thanks for a great mini vacation

We stayed there last summer and had the best time! Aside from the wonderful view, the fully stocked kitchen & outdoor grill made it easy & fun to cook. Very comfortable accomodations. Being right on the water made it easy for boating, too. We will definitely be back!
