Whatever your reason for coming to the beautiful Sleepy Creek Mountains, All Seasons Retreat is your cabin destination. Berkeley Springs is an historic spa and art-filled town nestled in the West Virginia Mountains only 90 minutes from the Washington/Baltimore metro area.
It boasts warm mineral springs, Cacapon State park, world class dining, dozens of unique shops, and full-service spas. Golfing, hiking, fishing, white water rafting and swimming share the schedule with year 'round festivals, live music and theater. We are also located with in an hours drive to both Harpers Ferry & Shepherdstown.
The All Seasons Retreat has some stunning views that can be seen from all aspects of the cozy cabin. Our Sunroom/Den has wall to wall windows that capture the Sleepy Mountains of West Virginia. The Sunroom features a large flat panel TV with Cable & DVD to enjoy on those lazy rainy days.
The cabin's kitchen has been newly updated with appliances and cabinets. You also have a Dishwasher, Microwave, and Breakfast Bar Seating. The dining room will seat four at the table. Additional amenities include a stackable washer & dryer.
All Seasons Retreat features a large master bedroom located upstairs in the loft. The master bedroom is spacious and boasts the same spectacular view as the living room. The master bedrooms has a King size bed and futon sofa, along with a Jacuzzi Tub & shower in the bathroom.
The two downstairs bedrooms features a queen size bed, and a futon sofa bed along with a full bathroom that has a shower and tub. Both rooms have ceiling to floor windows to provide you with plenty of West Virginia sunshine.
The great room in the All Seasons retreat is furnished with an over sized sofa that beckons you to settle down and enjoy the warmth from the large wood burning fireplace. Unwind as you observe the picturesque scenery from the open deck overlooking the 3rd hole of the Executive Stony Lick Golf Course.
Our open deck features spectacular views of the woods & golf course which you can enjoy while relaxing in the 8 person hot tub. The deck is also equipped with patio furniture and a propane grill to enjoy your summer meals while heckling the golfers.

Having attended Shepherdstown University many, many years ago we fell in love with the serene and historic setting of the Berkeley Springs and the Shepherdstown area. Tom’s love for golf encouraged the exploration of many championship golf courses in this area leading us to the Woods Golf Resort.

The All Season’s Retreat is located in the Woods Golf Resort where you can enjoy numerous activities including golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis, and a spa with fitness center. Berkeley Springs is just 20 minutes away where you will find fine dining, antiquing, art galleries, and the famous hot springs. Shepherdstown is 25 minutes east of the cabin with all the culture events of a small University including fine dining.

Tom & Wanda Berman are owners of the Adamstown Inn, Amethyst Inn, Firefly Cottage, Dragonfly Cottage and Wrightsville Cabin located in Lancaster County, PA. They are graduates of Shepherdstown University, WV and Salisbury University in Maryland. Tom Berman was formerly a commercial lender for Mercantile Bank, Baltimore, Maryland. Wanda Berman was formerly an Assistant Vice President/ Assistant Controller with PaineWebber Mortgage Finance Company, Columbia, Maryland.

This is an absolute wonderful place. A little on the pricey side for a weekend getaway but was well worth it. Nice, clean, and quiet!!! Not alot to do in the area, I was sometimes bored but loved every minute of the boredom!! Very relaxing.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

What an incredible place! My entire family fell in love with it including my 7 year old. He wants to live in it forever! The kitchen and linens were almost better stocked than my own house. We loved the cabin, the privacy and the quiet so much we cancelled our plans for the day and stayed right there! Having the book with local attractions and amenities was very helpful. We were able to purchase some food and do a little antique shopping. We also found things to do for this years trip (yes, we plan on coming back again!). The cabin was spotless and well maintained inside and out. It had everything it said it would have and so much more - didn't expect the bookcase of books and board games! When we were leaving I had a question or two. I was able to call someone who answered it in a friendly and courteous manner. Also, my husband and I have never been able to actually sleep anywhere besides our own bed. We have just accepted that we will be exhausted at the end of vacation. That was not the case with this cabin. We slept wonderfully. I agree with some other reviews that it was a little hard to find, but the woman who took my reservation sent me very good directions and warned me not to rely on our GPS. Once I remembered that we had no problems finding it. The only difficulties we had at all, and it is a minor thing, was finding the dumpster to throw away our trash. We were a little confused at first which building to bring it to. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone who would like some solitude without suffering.

My husband and I desperately needed some downtime away from home, business and noise. The All Seasons offered quiet respite where we could spend time, quietly, with one another in a perfectly-equipped, wonderfully decorated and exceptionally comfortable environment.

We had an excellent time. Everything was exactly as advertised. A little hard to find the place, it's hidden in the woods, but that was the idea. Highly recommend, we'll be doing it again soon!

if you are looking for a quiet get away, this is the one! golf course is in your back yard but trees give you privacy. property was clean and well maintained, kitchen supplies well equipped, also linen was well stocked. driving directions to sights and resort was easy to follow, although would have been just as happy to stay at cottage all weekend! would recommend this cottage to friends and hope to revisit soon!!

Thank you for a great few days! You have such a cozy, comfortable place here. I loved the windows and the beautiful views! The trees had such a calming effect, not to mention the fabulous hot tub! The bed was oh so comfortable as well as everything else here. Just Perfect! My husband and I-and our dog Jasper were grateful for the get-away and we'll be back for sure. Thank you

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your own little slice of heaven. You resecued our vacation from the fiery depths of failed vacations. The hot tub was awesome. My mom even got married during the vacation. This was by far the best West Virginia vacation ever. We were goint to leave brownies, but I "accidentally" ate it all. Thank you for letting my dog Ellie stay here as well. I hope we can come again. Thanks!
