  This condo is amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated! We couldn't have asked for a nicer person to deal with than Rhonda! Every detail was meticulously well planned. We loved having the extra bunk room and the couch in the Master Bedroom was perfect! It was refreshing to find someone that rented their personal property with extra consideration to the renters. We had plenty of room and that is hard to find! Thank you so much and we would gladly stay here in the future!

  This is the third time we have stayed at the condo, and it keeps getting better. The owners are great to deal with and completely organized. The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect. Thanks again. We'll be back soon.

  This unit is designed with 2 couples, a mawmaw and 4 grandchildren in mind. the 2 master units are at each end & the mawmaw room & children's room is between them. this gives both couples complete privacy. the 3 bathrooms & the laundry room are in the middle section beside the kitchen & living room. all furnishings are really plush, plenty of tvs to accomodate 5 adults & 4 children from 73 to 10 years old. the elevator service was excellent even for the 17th floor. we enjoyed the covered parking spaces. the balcony was great, had 3 exits onto it, plenty of seating, great view. kitchen very well stocked & i liked the labels that showed where to put everything back.. i really can't think of anything lacking in the kitchen or baths. adequate towels & washcloths.i can't say enough about the way the place is decorated. it is way above the usual rental unit. i have stayed in many condos that did not come near this. my grandkids asked me to buy it as soon as we arrived. there are many units available in panama city, but i feel sure you won't find a prettier one. i would like to also take this opportunity to praise rhonda for her customer service abilities. she helped me thru paypal ,beach chairs & parking passes. she walked me thru the whole rental process & i really felt like she wanted us to be happy with our stay.i would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

  We had the pleasure of staying in this breathtaking condo overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The property is spacious, well appointed and clean! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to entertain from. With it being on the 17th floor the views are incredible from either of the two balconies! We will stay again for the owners are easy to work with and very accommodating.

  Two weeks ago, my wife and I, along with five other good friends, spent the week in PCB and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this unit!! Without a doubt, it was the nicest place we have ever had the opportunity to lease while vacationing there. Rhonda and Dean were most gracious and great folks to work with. The unit had plenty of room for all of us and every amenity you could ask for. And clean? WAS IT EVER!! We walked right in, unpacked and immediately began enjoying our trip. In some of the other condos that we have vacationed in over the past several years, that has not always been the case. My wife is fanatical about her surroundings being clean and she had absolutely no issues. She was very impressed! The pool area and tiki bar were a huge hit with everyone as well and quickly became an afternoon ritual!! The condo's location was ideal as well. We were able to walk to quite a few bars, restaurants and shops and did not have to deal with the more congested Front Beach Road. We all sincerely hope to make this unit our "official" headquarters for future reunions. On behalf of our entire group, I would just like to say thank you again, Rhonda and Dean! John

  Dean/Rhonda - Thanks so much for the use of your condo to my family! Your condo is beautiful and had everything that we needed. We had 6 adults and 6 children and had plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep. We all truly loved the large front balcony and spent a great deal of time watching the ocean! One morning we were all out on the balcony and saw several dolphins swimming in the ocean. My grandkids were so excited to watch them! I will certainly keep all of your information handy so that when we take another vacation together I can give you a call..... Thanks again for everything!

  Our family had an absolutely wonderful time in this Boardwalk unit. The place is beautiful! It was in impeccable condition and every step of the rental process was handled most professionally. There isn't a better location in PCB. We will have no hesitation referring this unit to friends and family and we certainly expect to vacation here again. We are looking forward to once again visiting that beautiful beach.

  Great place we go there every year , condo is wonderful pool is great and with out all the traffic from the main rd ... LOVE IT and the price, and owners are great to deal with ...Would recommend to anyone .

  We stayed in this unit during Ironman Florida 2010 "the perfect location". The unit was exactly what we required and exceeded our expecations. The unit was well decorated was very clean and was perfectly equipped for all our needs. The patio with ocean view was amazing!!! Rhonda and Dean were great hosts and we would recommend this unit to anyone taking a trip to PCB.
