MUST SEE!!!! This exquisite Resort is located on the beautiful white sugar sand beaches of Panama City Beach overlooking the spectacular emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Definitely the nicest condo accommodations you will find on the beach! YOU WILL NOT WANT TO LEAVE!!!!!
LARGE POOL HEATED with ZERO ENTRY that is great for families with children.
KIDDIE POOL and PLAY AREA located next to the zero entry end of the pool.
2 LARGE HOT TUBS next to the pool.
GREAT BAR/RESTAURANT located next to the pool where you can eat and drink or enjoy it poolside. Boardwalk sponsors live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights at the outdoor restaurant.
FITNESS CENTER has 2 elipticals, 3 treadmills, 2 recumbants, free weights and 6 workout machines. The sauna and steam room are located next to the fitness center entrance. On site amenities include electronic game room, party and media room, concession area, snack bar and pool table. In the summer months Boardwalk has planned children activities daily.
IT IS A BEAUTIFUL AND PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED UNIT.
Our Condo has granite counter tops in the kitchen, 9 foot ceilings, tile in the living area, kitchen and bathrooms. Bathroom sinks and counter tops are cultured marble. Master bathrooms have double sinks with large tubs and separate showers.
LIVING ROOM has (2) two large sofas, and (2) two chairs and a 32" TV, DVD/VCR. The flooring in the living room is tile. There is both wireless and hardwire hookup for the internet. The entrance to the large balcony is from the living room. AS well as the Master bedroom. Balcony has 6 chairs, table and 2 chaises. Excellent view.
DINING AREA has large table with 6 chairs and 5 bar stools for Accommodating 11 people to eat.
MASTER BEDROOM has a KING SIZE BED with large private bath (includes double sinks, large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a large walk-in closet and 32" TV with DVD/VCR player. Mattress is upgraded and very comfortable. Carpeting in bed area with tile in bath area. There is glass doors opening to the balcony facing the beach and over looking the Gulf of Mexico.
MASTER SUITE has a KING SIZE BED with large private bath (includes double sinks, large garden tub and separate shower.) Mattress is upgraded and very comfortable. There is a private balcony off the Master Suite over-looking the gulf and golf course next door. There is a 32" TV, DVD/VCR, table and 2 chairs. ALSO, MASTER SUITE has a FULL SIZE SLEEPER SOFA, giving you an extra place to relax and watch TV. There is also a kitchenette in the Master Suite with toaster, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker as well as sink area with granite counter top.
GUEST BEDROOM has a QUEEN SIZE BED with connecting full bath and 27" TV. Mattress is upgraded and very comfortable. Carpeting in the bedroom and bathroom is tiled.
BUNKIE BEDROOM has a bunk bed with FULL SIZE BED on the bottom bunk and a TWIN SIZE on the top bunk bed. The bunkie room has a dresser with small TV with built-in VCR. Bunkie room is a bedroom!
Boardwalk is conveniently located in the center beach area of Panama City Beach. Within easy walking distance you can get to over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, Ripley's Museum, Wal-Mart, drug stores, grocery store, Waffle House, PCB Trolley stop, beach shops, golf course, and night clubs.

Why the Owner Chose Boardwalk Beach Resort
We looked in several locations and at several resorts in Panama City Beach before deciding on Boardwalk Beach Resort. We also purchased a condo at Shores of Panama. Panama City Beach is ideal for us because of its relative close proximity to Atlanta. We much prefer the gulf over the Atlanta Ocean. PCB offers the best beaches in the US, excellent weather, great variety of shopping, lots of restaurants, 5 golf courses and other amenities in the immediate area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
With the addition of Pier Park and several upscale restaurants, Panama City Beach now offers all levels of dining and shopping. We enjoy the ability to eat and shop at upscale places as well as choose the local hangouts and those out of the way "hole-in-the-wall" treasures. When on vacation in PCB take the opportunity to rent a pontoon and explore the inner bays. It's great!
Owner's Map of Boardwalk Beach Resort
We grew up in Indiana but moved south many years ago. We live in Cumming GA which is off GA 400 on the far north side of the Atlanta Metro area. We have 3 daughters and 7 grandkids who all live within 15 minutes of our house. We retired 3 years ago so spend time attending to the kids, grandkids, playing tennis, golf and attending to our real estate "business". We love the outdoors and especially the beach areas. We hope to move to the Panama City Beach area in a couple of years.

Buddy Reunion Trip A Blast!!

Two weeks ago, my wife and I, along with five other good friends, spent the week in PCB and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this unit!! Without a doubt, it was the nicest place we have ever had the opportunity to lease while vacationing there. Rhonda and Dean were most gracious and great folks to work with. The unit had plenty of room for all of us and every amenity you could ask for. And clean? WAS IT EVER!! We walked right in, unpacked and immediately began enjoying our trip. In some of the other condos that we have vacationed in over the past several years, that has not always been the case. My wife is fanatical about her surroundings being clean and she had absolutely no issues. She was very impressed! The pool area and tiki bar were a huge hit with everyone as well and quickly became an afternoon ritual!! The condo's location was ideal as well. We were able to walk to quite a few bars, restaurants and shops and did not have to deal with the more congested Front Beach Road. We all sincerely hope to make this unit our "official" headquarters for future reunions. On behalf of our entire group, I would just like to say thank you again, Rhonda and Dean! John

Dean/Rhonda - Thanks so much for the use of your condo to my family! Your condo is beautiful and had everything that we needed. We had 6 adults and 6 children and had plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep. We all truly loved the large front balcony and spent a great deal of time watching the ocean! One morning we were all out on the balcony and saw several dolphins swimming in the ocean. My grandkids were so excited to watch them! I will certainly keep all of your information handy so that when we take another vacation together I can give you a call..... Thanks again for everything!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time in this Boardwalk unit. The place is beautiful! It was in impeccable condition and every step of the rental process was handled most professionally. There isn't a better location in PCB. We will have no hesitation referring this unit to friends and family and we certainly expect to vacation here again. We are looking forward to once again visiting that beautiful beach.

Great place we go there every year , condo is wonderful pool is great and with out all the traffic from the main rd ... LOVE IT and the price, and owners are great to deal with ...Would recommend to anyone .

We stayed in this unit during Ironman Florida 2010 "the perfect location". The unit was exactly what we required and exceeded our expecations. The unit was well decorated was very clean and was perfectly equipped for all our needs. The patio with ocean view was amazing!!! Rhonda and Dean were great hosts and we would recommend this unit to anyone taking a trip to PCB.
