I give this property an A +++++ I just had to write you this morning and let you know that we absolutely loved the Dreamcatcher. The view was spectacular as you had said it would be. The cabin was furnished so it made us feel right at home and when we return, you will definitely be the first one I call for our rental. The Dreamcatcher was totally untouched in comparision with the other cabin we stayed at. I can hardly wait to return and hopefully next time the leaves will be in their fall colors. We stayed busy going here and there. We visited Cades Cove, Gatlinburg air tram and shopping, Pigeon Forge shopping, Black Bear Jamboree and took the ride over the Smokies into Cherokee, NC and drove further on over to the Deep Creek Park and hiked up to the waterfalls. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the cabin most of all. Cindy it was such a pleasure to do business with you, I feel like we have been friends forever and I will no doubt be staying at the Dreamcatcher again. It just won't be soon enough for me. Thanks Cindy and have a wonderful season.

Beautiful stay at the Dreamcatcher cabin!
Beautiful stay at the Dreamcatcher cabin!
We've been back from our trip to the Smoky Mountains for a few weeks now and we still keep talking about how wonderful our time was at the Dreamcatcher! I would highly recommend this cabin for its amenities and for its prime location. From the front porches to the back porches, it is scenic from all angles! My family and I stayed there as a birthday gift for my dad's 70 th birthday, and it was enjoyable for all of us. We had a total of 9 of us in our group, and there was plenty of room for us for sleeping, at mealtimes, and for just lounging around. All the rooms were clean, bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and paper products, kitchen was a good size. We were also impressed with the customer service; Cindy answered all our questions, she gave us very helpful tips for tourist outings and made us feel very well taken care of. Can't say enough good things about this place! While we stayed here, we enjoyed going to Dollywood one day, Gatlinburg, and had lots of fun at all the scenic locations such as Cade's Cove, Laurel Falls, and Clingsman's Dome, to name a few.

We just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at the Dreamcatcher Cabin in the sky and had a fantastic time! I had the bad fortune of having to work part of the time while we were there, but it was in the most enjoyable work location I could ever ask for. The top floor of the cabin, which looks out on the valley with spectacular views on both sides, became my ‘office suite’ and allowed the rest of my family to play on the rest of the property while I was busy. In addition to daily excursions to local attractions, the guys did guy things on the bottom level where the pool table and games are, and watched endless guy movies on the big screen TV while the fireplace kept them cozy. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and cooked gourmet meals every evening while we watched what was going on outside all around us. I was delighted to find a lovely selection of adorable serving dishes that we took full advantage of (I am a kitchenware and china-holic). The cabin is spotless and Cindy has made it the most comfortable, welcoming and enchanting place. It feels like a home. Every convenience and comfort you could ask for is provided and attention is paid to every small detail. We left the drapes open when we turned in for the night and fell asleep to twinkling lights in the distance below us. And on one evening I took an indulgent bubble bath in the fabulous whirlpool bathtub and had bubbles up to my ears. After dark, we discovered tiny twinkly white fairy lights entwined among the greenery adorning the rustic stairway that leads to the loft above the main living room. But we turned them off after awhile as they were competing with the lights in the valley below. During our stay, early spring flowers and tree foliage were just beginning to come out and we sat on the lovely wrap-around deck in the rocking chairs and just enjoyed everything. It was so quiet and peaceful that we didn't want to leave. You wouldn’t know there was an enormous vacation playground of activities anywhere near the cabin, but fun and fantasy are only a few miles away if you want it. And if you are a pottery and textile fan like me, there are a vast many exquisitely talented artists in the area who sell their work in a variety of locations. I found several (won’t say how many) lovely things to take home with me that will remind me of my Dreamcatcher stay. We definitely look forward to another peaceful retreat at Cindy and Bob’s cabin in the sky!

Dreamcatcher Cabin Wonderful in December
Cindy We had a wonderful time at your cabin! The whole atmosphere was inviting, warm, & welcoming. The Christmas decorations are fabulous! You really have a talent of creating a relaxing environment for your guests. Our son said he hoped that we can come back & stay longer. Just let me say, the view is breathtaking! We had never been to Dollywood at Christmas time. It was amazing! Thanks so much for suggesting the tickets. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season & we hope to see you again really soon! Thanks again for all you did!

Outstanding Vacation Cabin!
Outstanding Vacation Cabin!
Oh my gosh…what a great cabin! We have stayed at several cabins over the past few years but none have matched our stay at the Dreamcatcher. From the views from the deck, to the comfort of the beds it is all wonderful! Our family recently stayed at the Dreamcatcher…..with a variety of ages (from Grandma, to a “tween” to a 17-year old) there was something for everyone to enjoy at the Dreamcatcher. You won’t want to leave the cabin…it is so relaxing there. But if your group feels the need to stay “connected” that’s not a problem either. With the wireless DSL the kids were still connected to their friends and that was only when they weren’t in the game room playing pool or one of the other games; or the family was enjoying family movie time! We even brought our ice cream churn & made homemade ice cream to enjoy during one of our movie nights! The kitchen is definitely well equipped. You can’t ask for more…..everything promised in the listing is actually there! Plenty of seating for everyone, a wonderful gas grill, enough cooking utensils to prepare meals, hot tub, wonderful views; it’s all there. Thanks Cindy for sharing your “dream” with our family! 5* and more!
5* and more!
My family and I recently spent a week at the DreamCatcher. We had a fantastic time! From the beautiful sunrise, to the oh so beautiful sunset - this cabin has got to be in the most perfect location. You actually feel as though you are above the clouds. "Heaven" is what our son and granddaughter called it. We have very stressful jobs and were in desperate need of a relaxing getaway. This beautiful cabin did the trick. We found the cabin to have everything you could possibly need. It was exceptionally clean, too. We spent a great deal of time just rocking away on the comfortable rockers on the main outside landing, watching the hummingbirds. They are not common where we live and found them so cute to watch. The main strip in Pigeon Forge is fairly close, too. It was not hard to get to, either. The roads in the area are a little tricky, but not a problem at all. Bob and Cindy are exceptional owners! Very friendly and helpful if a question arose. We rate our vacations on the drive home and we usually end up with a 4* rating, but, this we all agreed on was definitely a 5* and more. This cabin was so good we're in the process of putting together a family newsletter, for possibly a family renunion in the Tanasi Lodge next door. Cindy gave us tour and it would be a perfect spot for a large family reunion, a wedding or just a bunch of people wanting to vacation together. If all goes well, we'll be back next year. Oh and it's only fair we let you know...once there, you won't want to leave! :) Thanks Bob and Cindy for a fantastic time!

Our family, including 2 married daughters and their spouses, twin granddaughters, and our niece, stayed at the Dreamcatcher for Christmas 2006. We all had lots of room and privacy, but we seemed to gather either by the fire or down in the game room. The cabin was more beautiful than the pictures. The views from the decks were breathtaking. Even though it was cold, we enjoyed our nights in the hot tub. We can't wait to stay their again. Special thanks for all the beautiful Christmas decorations.

Staying at the Dreamcatcher was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. The sunrises and sunsets were wonderful. We enjoyed being able to eat our meals with such a lovely view. We are planning to return to the Dreamcatcher next year to spend a full week as three nights just weren't enough. Thanks for a wonderful time. Sally Shields
