Welcome to this spacious, airy 2 BR, 2 bathroom, air-conditioned condo in a beautifully landscaped, gated community, only a 5 minute drive from Gulf coast beaches, in sunny Bonita Springs, FL, just north of Naples.
Southwest Florida has the state's best weather. The community, Bermuda Cays, is located on the west, or Gulf side, of Route 41/Tamiami Trail. This means the community is quieter, with less traffic than locations on the east side of Rte. 41. Many people like to bike to the nearby beaches: Bonita beach, Barefoot Beach and Vanderbilt Beach.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The den has an additional pull-out sofa bed. So, the condo sleeps 6 comfortably. There is also a large couch in the living room on which a child could sleep. In addition to the pull-out bed, the den has 2 comfortable recliners.
There is a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and microwave. The frig has an ice maker. A clothes washer/dryer are also in the unit. The screened in lanai has a large table for dining and two chairs for reading.
The condo has an assigned parking space under a covered carport, directly in front of the entrance. There is additional parking for guests immediately adjacent to the condo.
The condo is a few steps from a wonderful, secluded pool, which includes a hot tub and a covered gazebo. Tennis courts are very close by. The community surrounds a scenic lake, and is ideal for walking or bike riding. There is 24/7 security at the entrance gate.
The community is close to shopping, fabulous restaurants, movies, entertainment and those beautiful, calm beaches, which are great for shelling.
Bonita Springs is situated ideally. Naples, to the south, has an historic, quaint old town, with a luxurious waterfront and high end shopping. Ft. Myers Beach, to the north, has a younger, upbeat feel with a clubby nightlife. Just north of Ft. Myers is the nature preserve of Sanibel Island.
