We are about a 5 minute drive from the renowned Talon and Raptor Grayhawk golf courses and easily accessible to Scottsdale Road (5 minutes) and the Loop 101 (7 minutes). We are a very short drive to numerous golf courses, shopping (Kierland Common and Desert Ridge to name two), the Mayo clinic, Scottsdale Private Airport, bars, and a fun park (with miniature golf, go carts, a driving range, batting cages and arcade).

50% deposit due at time of booking in addition to a $100 cleaning fee and a fully
refundable $250 security deposit, full balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full refund provided up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund 8-29 days prior,
and no refund provided 7 days before arrival - all refunds less $25 processing fee
Cleaning fee is per week, can be negotiated on longer rentals.
Rental fee includes all utilities and taxes.

Why the Owner Chose Grayhawk
We love the Scottsdale area and Grayhawk in particular holds a special place in our hearts as it's where we got married in 2003. There is so much exciting development in the area, including the new 'One Scottsdale' project which will be THE shopping destination when it's finished. Being a keen golfer my husband loves the countless courses he can play on when we are visiting (because you can always guarantee sunshine, unlike London!)
