This wonderful home contains five bedrooms, one of which is a bunkroom, three full bathrooms, two balconies with ocean views, large backyard, and heated pool. Buena Vista now includes a free wireless (and wired) internet connection for those of you that have to stay connected!
This home is in a perfect location for all your vacation activities. It sits among the oak trees of Old Seagrove, just three blocks from Seaside, 100 steps to the white sand public beach, three blocks from the Seagrove Village Market, less than a mile from the Publix grocery store on Highway 395, and two seconds from the bike path that will take you from one end of 30-A to the other. It is an easy walk to many restaurants and shops.
The ground floor features two bedrooms, a spacious full bathroom, laundry room, and double garage to hold all the beach gear. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin size beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen television. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, laundry sink, and refrigerator which is perfect for drinks at the pool or beach.
The second floor consists of great room, dining and kitchen, and a bunkroom which has a TV and a full bathroom. The kitchen features granite countertops, full appliances, and an island with breakfast bar for those fast meals for the kids. The beautiful wood dining table can expand to fit ten people for big family meals. The large, sun-filled, great room with hardwood floors, a 46" LCD TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, iPod, and CD player, and comfortable seating invites you to sit, relax, and visit with family. Enjoy the balcony while reading a book, sipping a glass of wine, and soaking in the ocean view.
The top floor presents a large, incredible, master suite with hardwood floors, adjoining bath, and a private porch for magnificent Gulf views. This bedroom features a king-size bed, with comfortable sitting area which will become a favorite spot to read, watch TV, or just enjoy the beautiful ocean or Seaside view. Watch the gorgeous sunsets from your private balcony. The huge master bath area includes dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and separate glass-enclosed shower with an ocean view. It also includes two closets, one of which is a walk in.
A second bedroom with a queen size bed is also found on the top floor - great for young children who need to be close to their parents. It also includes a flat screen TV.
After strolling back from the beach, enjoy the warm water outside shower or take a dip in your own private, heated, 9ftx20ft pool. The backyard has a heated pool, gas barbecue, a small view of the Gulf, a fence with safety latch, and plenty of privacy among the oak trees.
There is off-street parking for four cars, including a double garage which has plenty of room for your beach toys and gear. There are 4 beach chairs, beach bags and towels for your use.
This is a perfectly-appointed beach home for two families or ten adults to share. Enjoy the beautiful beach, backyard pool and patio, and nearby shopping and restaurants. It has all the advantages of Seaside, but the peaceful quiet of Old Seagrove. The "Buena Vistas" of the beach and Seaside will delight you.

This was an absolutely wonderful family vacation made perfect by this home and the care taken into every detail here. We loved riding bikes into Seaside and the easy access to the beautiful beach (virtually private, so uncrowded!) We had planned to go into Destin to activities and ended up spending all out time here, it was so nice! The pool was wonderful for those in-between times with the kids. The beds are comfy, great floorplan, perfect location, thank you for sharing it with us... we are already planning to return to your home with our family!!

I have rented a lot of homes in the area, but this one was by far our favorite!! The owners have clearly thought of every possible need for their guests, from the beach/pool toys in the garage, to the very comfortable beds. I am very picky about where I stay, and this home exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, and no detail was forgotten!! Thanks for sharing it! We had a wonderful time.
