Enjoy the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks at our house. Gentle sloping lot makes walking to the dock a pleasure. The main deck on the house faces East, giving you ample shade to enjoy the HOT summer afternoons and evenings looking at the lake. Sunseekers enjoy the wrap around deck. If you happen to be here during a Full moon the Moon rising over the lake is a spectacular sight.
Ready & available when you are!! Use for weekend winter retreat as well as Summer Fun at the lake. Escape the city to relax in our quiet country setting, or stay year round. 1,800 sq. ft. home on the water in a small calm water cove at the 6.5 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks.
Very few steps to the water. There is a dock with plenty of fishing & swimming space. If you like the outdoors, you'll love the wrap around deck overlooking the lake with ample eating and seating areas and gas grill. There is a covered patio on lower level overlooking the lawn and sandbox area.
We are located on the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake. Windermere Conference Center is in the large cove just to the south of us. To the north there is another medium sized cove and then the Start of the Little Niangua Arm. By road we are off of Hwy 54 to ST. Road AA, Roach, MO. Why the Owner Chose Camdenton
Lake of the Ozarks provides a diverse environment for vacations. Families enjoy the strip at Bagnell Dam with the shopping, Old Time Photo opportunities, go-carts, etc. Osage Beach has many attractions including miniature golf, Miner Mike's Games, Water Park, and the Factory Outlet Mall where the theaters are located. There's fishing, boating & water sports everywhere. Party Cove is for the young adult crowd. There are lots of Restaurants and Bars, many are accessible by land and water.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We lived full time at this property for 12 years. We purchased and remodeled the house next door and are now living there. We enjoy the rural lifestyle with the beauty of the woods around us and sitting on the deck enjoying a drink and looking at the lake. The long warm evenings and warm water to swim & play in was one of the reasons we moved here. This is an ideal location for young and old alike. Very few steps to the lake. Our small cove location provides a perfect swim area.
