We greatly enjoyed our stay at this Incline Village condo. The location is very accessible and close to town. The condo is absolutely gorgeous with many amenities and nice details - perfect for a Lake Tahoe getaway. It greatly exceeded our expectations, and we hope to come back sometime!

We had a wonderful time! It was beautifully furnished and maintained. I am very particular about cleanliness, and this condo met my High standards! Our children enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom.

The condo exceeded our expectations, which were already pretty high based on the photos and reviews! It is beautifully appointed with great attention to detail -- gorgeous granite & stainless kitchen, fancy and modern bathrooms that still have a rustic charm, comfortable and new living room and dining room furniture, a convenient laundry room... and of course those fabulous heated floors in the bathrooms! The beds, pillows, and bedding felt very much like home -- down comforters and wonderful pillows and so forth. Elizabeth and Mike were super to work with -- very friendly and helpful. The location -- Incline Village -- is THE BEST on the lake. It's an upscale community that still manages to feel secluded and quiet... very unlike many of the other towns around the beach. The condo location is convenient and very close to everything you need in the town -- the very nice Raley's grocery store, cute restaurants, and of course, the beaches. We would recommend driving a few minutes south along the eastern shore of the lake to Sand Harbor beach -- a state park ($12 entry fee per car per day) with the BEST sand on the lake and kayak rentals and a great little restaurant right there at the park. If you go to one of the Incline Village beaches, Burnt Cedar is hands down the best, and it has a heated pool with a fun water slide. We would love to make a repeat trip next year!

This was our 3rd time staying at your place - and each time has been a great experience. Your condo is very well furnished, nicely updated, clean and provides a thoroughly relaxing environment for our getaways from the Bay Area. The unit works perfectly for our family with a young child - having a separate room for her to sleep along with a nicely updated kitchen to prepare some meals makes all the difference. We love the close proximity to all of the amenities of Incline Village - grocery shopping, restaurants, beaches and recreation areas. We look forward to staying at your place again in the future!

I would recommend this condo to anyone who is interested in a beautiful place to stay as the pictures do not do it justice its even better in person. It has all the accomodations one needs down to heated bathroom floors for those traveling in the winter months. The condo is conveniently located to everything you need for whatever season it happens to be when staying their. We were there in July for a family destination wedding and enjoyed our day trips around the lake, golfing, sight seeing, and just relaxing. We hope to go back again someday.

We had a wonderful stay. We found the property to be exactly as depicted in VRBO. The homeowners were responsive and provided helpful information regarding the property and the surrounding area. Our stay included a commitment in Reno and the commute was easy and enjoyable. We also spent a couple of days exploring Lake Tahoe and hiking. I loved that the condo was set in a small grove of pines, the deck was private and it was very quiet. We are hoping to return in 2011.
