The apartment was spotless when we arrived, perfectly suited us both as to location and size, rooms etc., and Fauzia was most gratious and helpful before we arrived. Everything was there when we arrived- all we had to do was get some groceries and that was easy enough to do. The on-line listing was very accurate as to the apartment and location as well- very centrally located and from the apartment everywhere in Munich was easy to get to- either by tram, subway or bus. There is no question that if we can get back to Munich for another vacation trip I would look to stay here again and have no doubts about recommending this apartment to friends, family or anyone else who might want to visit. The center of the city was a short 5-10 minute walk (if that), there is a nice restaurant almost next door to the apartment and you can get most groceries at the main train station- a short 5 minute walk. I am definately glad we stayed here and would certainly do this again- it was a wonderful vacation trip and having the apartment as our base was a major contributing factor. Fauzia also included two power converters and free internet in the apartment which made us really happy as well- a great added bonus. The apartment also has a nice balcony big enough for two people to sit and have coffee in the morning- another nice feature. Spotless-a contemporary kitchen, very comfortable beds, internet, big bathroom- a great stay! Thank you.

Just a short note to tell you how delighted we were with the Ludwigs apartment. It is very well located with nearby tram stops and a very comfortable restaurant next door. With the windows closed, there is absolutely no street noise in the courtyard bedroom. The recent renovations certainly make the apartment more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel. The bathroom is really spacious and the storage space is absolutely astounding. The kitchen is quite modern and functional. It is really nice to have two balconies. The apartment is a true haven in such a cosmopolitan city, and it's hard to realize that you are only two tram stops (#18 or #19) from Hauptbahnhof and # 18 is three stops to Karlsplatz. We highly recommend your apartment and will contact you before our next visit to Munich.

We stayed at the Viktorias Apartment over the holidays with our 2 small children. The apartment was great; very clean with comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for our stay in Munich. The amenities were all there; washer (dryer in the facility), dishwasher and a patio for fresh air. The biggest bonus for staying here is undoubtedly the location. There is a train stop on the same block around the corner, and the walk to the city center (Marienplatz) took only 10 minutes. Everything you could need is only a short walking distance away. Fauzia made us feel very welcome with chocolates for the children, a Christmas tree to make us feel more at home, and maps and books highlighting the best of Munich so we wouldn't miss a thing. We will definitely be staying here again for future visits. I hope you have as great a time as we did!

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was perfect. Like staying in a 5 star hotel, except having a kitchen, laundry facilities, and secure parking at your disposal. The apartment is absolutely immaculate, the owners are easy to contact and deal with, and it's a nice 15 minute stroll to Marienplatz. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed here during Oktoberfest 2011. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact, and met us at the apartment on the day of arrival to show us around and offer suggestions. I was concerned about noise because it is so close, but noise was never an issue. It's quiet, clean, very convenient. Within walking distance to the main train station and a 5 minute walk to the Oktoberfest grounds. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and will stay here next time in Munich.

First of all, dealing with Fauzia is a real pleasure. She genuinely cares that your experience at Fh-Signature is enjoyable. Although compact, the apartment was still comfortable for our party of three. Loved the coffee and biscuits she left for us! The beds were divinely firm, the shower encouraged lingering, the little kitchen perfect for our morning breakfast and heating dinner leftovers. The option of room-darkening window coverings helped us sleep in that first morning and let in plenty of light when we wanted it. It was unseasonably warm so she had a fan delivered to the unit for us and that kept it cool enough to sleep. I would definately stay here again if traveling to Munich.

We enjoyed the Viktorias apartment while visiting Munich with our 8-month old son. The studio is impeccably clean with personal touches that made our stay an enjoyable home-away-from-home! The quiet location is within walking distance to the city center, the main train station, and the Oktoberfest park: perfect for a first stay in Munich!

There are a lot of reasons why we enjoyed out stay at this apartment. It is located in a quiet, established garden setting; the apartment is designed as a bed-sitter (which means that the bathroom is generously sized; the kitchen is well laid out; the fittings are all modern and they all work! The location is a tad remote (a good kilometre from the station, but too close for the cabs to respond) but there is an underground station close by and a great restaurant around the corner. You could be right in the heart, but then you would not better this professionally presented apartment.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week during Oktoberfest. We where so close to everything (oktoberfest, metro, shopping), yet the apartment was quite and peaceful. The owner was very helpful in orientating us to Munich and giving us helpful tips. The apartment looked just like the pictures here, brings back wonderful memories. Welove renting apartments in Europe because you get a sense of living there. If we ever come back to Munich we will have to stay here again. I would gladly recommend the apartment to all my family and friends! This was our first trip to Germany and wow! The people are so friendly! We made friends with some neighbors and a person at the Oktoberfest parade (that happens right outside the apartment building).

My husband and I were greeted warmly by Fauzia who showed us around this apartment. The place was immaculate and felt like a luxury hotel. The kitchen and bathroom appliances were top notch. Even the towels were great. We were surprised and please to find that international phone calls were free and the internet access was great. One night we had trouble getting on the internet. My husband emailed Fauzia and within minutes someone called us to get us back online. Our only trouble, and this is our own fault, is that the bed is a double bed, not a queen, and this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We used the sofa bed but it was just a bit too short for comfort. This inconvenience did not change our opinion of the apartment. I highly recommend this location as a great place to stay in Munich!

What a wonderful surprise this lovely studio was! Fauzia met us upon arrival, and helped us settle in. Everything was provided, even a welcome basket of coffee, tea, goodies. The kitchen is brand new, with all conveniences. The bath is elegant. Most of all, the location is perfect. It is hidden at the back of a large complex away from the street, and is countryside quiet. It is located on a popular street only 2 blocks to the train and a 10 minute walk to the old town. Fauzia walked us to the laundry to drop off 2 weeks worth of dirty clothes, which were ready in 5 hours. There is a wonderful food market down the street, and many nice restaurants. This would be the perfect pied-a-terre for a long or short visit to the area, with day trips to the sights.

This is a fabulous place to stay short or long term. The people we interacted with were professional, kind and about as helpful as you would want. The apt is located near the train station which makes this an ideal munich central location for day trips to surrounding cities, etc. Very clean location and safe neighborhood. Importantly, the Apt is very very quiet, as we hardly heard anyone during our time there and the location is safely removed from the direct street noise.

Our stay in Viktorias Apartment was absolutely perfect. The location is within easy reach transit, grocery shopping and most Munich sites. The booking process and the access to the apartment were seamless. We have stayed in many self catering apartments across Europe this apartment is one of our favourites we will definitely return.

We stayed here in early April 2010. The apartment is close to the train station. There are a number of great placs to eat close by and it is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Munich. The apartment is space, but very comfortable, with a good sized bathroom and we fixed breakfast there each morning (stores are vey close by). I would defintely stay there again if we get to Munich.

If you dream special vacations in Munich there is only a really beautiful and charming apartment, very close to the main sights. Clean, safe, quite, and friendly complex FH Signature - Victoria’s Apartment is the best apartment in Munich. We were there for 6 days in October and it was really comfortable. In the apartment everything is nice with high quality and careful decoration with accent in the art. The owners, Roland and Fauzia have covered every detail, even down to outlet converters for your electronics and were extremely kind and helpful. Wonderfully appointed with the best bed we slept. The shower is great and the bathtub huge. The kitchen had everything one needed to cook with dishwasher as well as washing machine, the bed was very comfortable (the best for my waist). The flowery terrace outside was most enjoyable and a great place to eat as well as sit and listen to the birds singing and if you are lucky, you will see squirrels on the trees. Everything was very clean and organized. Conveniently located to the Main Train Station and Subway 2 minutes away from most of the places we visited in Munich. You can feel just like home. Many - many thanks for all.

very detail was included in this modern studio apartment. The location is fabulous, four blocks from Theresienwiese. Four blocks from the Munich Hauptbahnhof which makes traveling a snap. Clean, safe, quite, and friendly complex, even the locals don't know there is an apartment at this address. The Haun's have covered every detail, even down to outlet converters for your electronics. The internet was fast and reliable.

Staying at the FH Signature studio apartment was not only safe and secure, it was a place that really felt like home for two weeks. Fauzia Haun was a gracious hostess as we were welcomed personally by her upon our arrival; she personally made sure our every need was taken care of and answered all of our questions. She also spoke good English and helped us find some tours of the city. The accommodations were exceptional: the kitchen had everything one needed to cook, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a very large bathtub/shower and was very modern. The phone service allowed us to call back to the U.S. and the Internet service was very reliable. The patio was a great place to eat as well as sit and listen to the birds singing. You’ll forget you’re in downtown Munich, even though the train station is within blocks. Fresh fruit markets and grocery stores are also within a short walk. This apartment is highly recommended.

It is a really beautiful and charming apartment, very close to the main sights. U-bahn is only 2 minutes walking. We were there for 5 days with 3 kids in July and it was really comfortable even if it is a studio. In the apartment everything is nice, high quality. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Many thanks for her. You can feel just like home. Definitely worth it. It is so much better than a hotel. Highly recommended. A+

Our family of three (two adults and a 2-year-old) stayed at the apartment for six nights in August 2009 and had a wonderful visit. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The free wi- fi kept us connected to friends and family, and the washing machine helped me to pack light. We made dinner in our kitchen and ate on the patio every night. If the apartment needs anything, it's glasses large enough to accommodate a beer! If we have the opportunity to come back to Munich, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Many thanks to Fauzia and Roland for their hospitality.

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) stayed in the Viktorias Apartment for four nights in July, 2009. It was our first visit to Munich and was the perfect apartment for our stay! The owner is so friendly and helpful - we were settled in very comfortably and felt quite at home. It is located in a beautiful garden apartment complex - secure and safe with lovely walkways and flowers - so quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, completely equipped with anything we needed and more (thank you for thinking of having international converters plus a good guide book for Munich!) and just such a beautiful space - we used the sofabed as well as the regular bed for our group of four - very comfy and lovely duvets. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher as well as washing machine - and the flowery terrace outside was most enjoyable. Also I must mention the BEST shower by far of all the places we stayed in Europe! The Viktorias Apartment is extremely well located....minutes from the main train station and other public transport in Munich - as well as great restaurants and shopping - and we were able to walk to almost every attraction that we wanted to see in the city. That was such a huge advantage - to take our time and stroll to where we wanted to go. There is a great coffee shop/bake shop just up the street as well - we bought fresh baking there every morning - so handy and really good. We had traditional German food in a restaurant recommended by Fauzia - excellent as well. All in all, a most enjoyable experience and we will stay there again on another trip to Munich!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and found the apartment perfect for our needs. The patio outside is a great addition and we ate dinner by candlelight. The shower is great and the bathtub huge. Everything was very clean and organized. Fauzia met us at check-in and explainded everything. The location is convenient to the U-Bahn, Hauptbahnhoff and the center of the city. The neighborhood has a large number of great Turkish markets to buy fresh produce. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Fh-Signature Studio for 7 wonderful days. The apartment greatly added to our enjoyment. Wonderfully appointed with the best bed we slept in during our 6.5 week travels in Europe; looking on to a very quiet, secure courtyard; conveniently located to the Main Train Station and Subway; literally minutes away from most of the places we visited in Munich; included every modern convenience and the most attentive, helpful and considerate owners you could hope to find. It was much more than we expected to find and set the standard for all our future VRBO rentals. The rental included several things that we valued more once we were there - Free High Speed Wireless Broadband Internet / Free Landline telephone calls to many European countries, Australia, Canada and the USA / Mobile Phone with pay-as-you-go SIM card (upon request) and a clothes washer in the kitchen and dryer in the building. They were extremely valuable during our visit and having them saved us money. Hotels with comparable amenities charge up to $ 18 Euros a night just for Wi-Lan (WiFi). We would highly recommend Fh-Signature rental to all our friends, heck we already have. After a day of walking, traveling or touring it was great to come home to a quiet refuge for some pampering.
