Prime North Scottsdale gated community. This is a gorgeous POOL View unit. It is a second story unit overlooking the larger of the 2 resort-style pools. Beautifully and professionally furnished, this luxurious condo is the perfect place for comfort and relaxation. It is comfortable and upscale, with approximately 1300 square feet.
This includes a fully equiped kitchen with sit down counter, large great room, luxurious master bedroom and en-suite along with wall mounted LCD TV, CD player/clock radio and large patio doors to the spacious patio overlooking pool and the mountains! The second bedroom has two full (double) sized beds along with a TV and CD player/clock radio. The loft finishes off the condo with a luxurious futon, TV and a CD player/clock radio. All beds are high quality Sealy.
The great room has a Sharp Aquos 32” LCD TV with Sony DVD/surround sound system and has a door leading to the spacious patio overlooking the pool area and mountain views. The condo contains a full sized washer and dryer along with a desk area. This unit can sleep up to 8 people.
Shopping just 5 minutes west off the 101-Desert Ridge Mall which has 75 stores including Ross, Marshalls,Kohls, American Eagle, Old Navy and 31 restaurants including Macroni Grill ( highly recommended), TGIF, Yard House ( it has over 100 draft beers), AMC 18 screen theatre, Dave & Busters, a family amusement and entertainment centre.
The complex is minutes away from the Grayhawk Golf course, the Raptor and the Talon which has held the WM PGA event for the past couple of years and is home to Phil Mickelson and boasts his restaurant Phils Grill! The TPC - Home of the FBR Phoenix Open is only five minutes away as well. There are over 30 miles of walking trails surrounding the area and tennis courts just blocks away.
We are also just minutes away from lots of fine dining (Mastro’s Steakhouse, Eddie V's, Ocean Club, Armitage, Flemings), shopping (DC Ranch Marketplace, Kierland Commons, Fashion Square, and Desert Ridge) and world-class golf courses (including Troon North, Kierland, Talking Stick, Eagle Mountain, Wildfire and We-Ko-Pa …to name a few). This is a wonderful condo to rent! It comes equipped with absolutely everything, from kitchen supplies, a printer to print boarding passes, accessible WiFi, laundry supplies, you name it, this place has it. The pictures on the website are 100% accurate, and it is just lovely. The owners completely outlined all the procedures to follow, and payments and reimbursements were a snap! We will certainly return to this condo if and when we vacation in Scottsdale again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our stay at Gray Hawk was wonderful. This property was clean and well-maintained and was reflected accurately in the photos. The owners were very accomdating and helpful. The location was perfect, close to activities, great restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

My second stay here, because the first was so good. I have rented properties in Grayhawk for several years, so I've experienced many different types, but this is certainly my favourite. It is a very nice property, with a lovely "lived in" character, rather than the more normal bland rental. It could not be more convenient to the pool and is also convenient to the very pleasant surrounding area of north Scottsdale. As the property appears to attract other guests from Britain, we have provided a "proper" kettle to make the tea . . . . !Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had an excellent stay here. The unit is nicely furnished and is very convenient. Shopping center is located nearby, a ten minute walk and it has a Starbucks, Yogurtology, Jack in the Box, supermarket and more. Access to 101 and Scottsdale Road is great with movie theaters and restaurants only two miles away. Fitness center is nicely done with plenty of equipment. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the warm, bug free nights. Guedo's very responsive to questions and handled all payments and deposits smoothly. We would stay there again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Perfect location and wonderfully homely. This is a "lived in" home with character and NOT simply a "rental". However, it is important to know there is no private Internet connection, only an insecure public WiFi link. Also, there is no phone service at the property. Neither of these points are deal-breakers and they do not detract from the excellent qualities of this property, but it may be useful to be aware of them. I certainly plan to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The property was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We spent the majority of our time in the pool which was amazing and very relaxing. The property was just off the 101 making it a breeze to travel anywhere in the Phoenix metropolitian area. Not to mention the Arizona weather. Not to bad for January! About the owner: We are Canadians that love to get away from our cold winters and take in a football, basketball, baseball or hockey game while in town or maybe a concert in the evening after a round of golf in the day. Phoenix and North Scottsdale in particular does not seem like a large metro city as its so easy to get around. People are so friendly, if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. We love to enjoy our second home as often as we can but we also enjoy sharing it with guests. Make our home...your home.
