This 1st floor end unit 2BR/2B condo is newly decorated w/ a soft tropical theme. The unit has a large kitchen w/ a breakfast nook. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet & double sink in the master bath. Also a TV. The guest room has a queen size bed and also a TV. The lanai over-looks beautiful lakes, water falls & fountains. Relax in the afternoon curled up w/ a good book or cup of tea as the sun passes overhead and gives you a nice shady lanai. The lanai is 30' and has an outdoor kitchen w/ Jenn-Air grill, sink & Refrig.& a TV.
Within walking distance you will find the spectacular 600' Lazy River Pool, the ultimate in a resort-like setting where you can relax & unwind as you float around the pool, meet friendly people and make new friends! A large Club House w/ library, dance floor, big screen TV & kitchen hosts many socials during high season.
Our over-sized garage has everything you might need for your visit: Beach Chairs/ Towels/ Umbrella/ Tote Bag/ Coolers/ Noodles/ Tennis Rackets/ Fishing Equipment. & Beach Toys. We are very renter friendly!!
