This beautiful contemporary townhome is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Snowmass Village. Aspen is easily accessible by free bus or car. The ski slopes, mountain biking and hiking trails of Snowmass Mountain are just around the corner and a free shuttle will get you there in less than 5 minutes or in summer, just walk or bike from the property.
This is our family home, and is perfect for a small family with young children. There is a crib or toddler bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom, as well as a queen sized aero bed with complete bedding. The second bedroom has a wall of authentic sliding shoji screen doors rather than a standard wall and door. The master boasts a king-sized bed, gorgeous valley scenery and some mornings views of the hot air balloons rising over the Snowmass Club golf course across the street. A granite gas fireplace makes the whole home cozy, and you can wind down with a 43" high definition flat screen television. When the weather permits, you will enjoy barbecuing on the large new wrap around deck. If you want to soak in a Jacuzzi or swim and water slide, the Snowmass rec center has a brand new hot tub and heated pool, as well as a full gym, basketball courts, and climbing wall accessible to all.
