I have had the pleasure of staying at this condo the past several years during the fall season. The location cannot be beat. It is within walking distance of everything needed, from restaurants and quaint stores to a walking path along the river. The owners have thought of every detail and are more than happy to assist with any request made. The condo itself is filled with antiques and art that reflect the beauty of vermont, without having a stuffy, formal feel. The bedrooms exceed anything that you would fine in a nice hotel. And should you choose to stay in and cook, you have everything needed at your finger tips. If you have spent countless hours searching for the perfect vacation home, the search is over.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Cancellation policy:
Cancelling 6 weeks prior to arrival is required for a return of the reservation deposit except under extreme circumstances approved by the Landlord. Lease amount and cleaning fee is due three weeks prior to occupancy. In the event of cancellation, and the Landlord finds a replacement tenant, Tenant shall promptly receive a prorated refund based on the days leased to new tenant. A serious effort will be made to lease canceled space.
