  • 650 Woodside is a beautiful house. It is very well maintained and the owners are great. We had some last minute issues and Malia worked with us. Thanks to her kindness, everything turned out well. The location is fabulous. I had read the previous comments from other guests. I took a "wait and see" approach to this property. Earlier comments were not exaggerated. Everything is as described and more. Our family loves Park City and we hope to return to 650 Woodside many times in the future. You have a devoted following from Central Texas.

  • This is a fabulous house for your park city vacation. There is plenty of living and sleeping space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The house is nicely located within a 1 minute walk of the town lift, the park city shops, and even a rental shop. The owners are also excellent to work with and extremely timely on getting back to you on any inquiry. We will be coming back to this house and highly recommending it to anyone visiting the area.

  • 650 Woodside is a gem!!!!!!!!! You could not ask for a better location. 20 second walk to town lift, 20 second walk to beautiful main st. Not to mention the house is in pristine condition with all the fabulous amenities of a multi million dollar ski house. I dealt with Malia during the rental process. She was very sweet. She helped us plan our transportation, nightlife, and even picked up discount lift tickets before showed up. Class act. I would highly recommend this place over any other place in Park City. The location is also very close to shuttles for deer valley, canyons, snowbird, etc. And by close I mean a 30 second walk. The location + amenities + service = the ski vacation home I have ever been in. 5*

  • I stayed here with my dad and my brother over President's Day Weekend 2009. From the pics and description, I was expecting it to be very nice, but upon walking into the house it was clear that it was much nicer than expected. I honestly don't think they could have done anything better - it feels like a really expensive, custom, owned condo, NOT a rental. The location couldn't be better. Great views. The TVs are amazing..The only tiny complaint we had, is our vehicle didn't have 4 WD and it made it tough to get in and out of the driveway..

    To clarify: this is a private home, not a condo. Also, the driveway is heated on the lower level and is road base at the top due to our neighbor's construction. When we get a good snow, it can be difficult to maneuver the top, but once you're half way to the garage, it's smooth driving.

  • The location could not be better; the "Crescent House" stands a hundred paces or so from the mountain via the Town Lift, and a few more to Main Street, Park City. Based on the pictures and the amenities listed on the website, it is clear that the home is deluxe both on the outside and inside. Among the deluxe amenities not listed on the VRBO site are the hospitable owners — who took all possible steps to insure that we enjoyed our time in Park City and in the house. In short we just loved our time there.

  • We stayed at this property for the 2009 Sundance Film Festival for 9 nights. Upon arrival, we were AMAZED at the property! The pictures on VRBO do not do the property justice! The house sits on three levels - the bottom level has the master suite with steam sauna bath and Japanese soaking tub, second level is the second bedroom and laundry and top level is the living space, kitchen and third bedroom. The house is fully equipped with luxurious amenities such as surround sound throughout the house (listen to your ipod while lounging outside in the hot tub!), a full gourmet cook's kitchen, heated floors, BluRay player and HDTV, Nintendo Wii and much much more. The owners were fantastic - checking in to see if we needed anything and coming to change linens and hot tub water when needed. I cannot praise this rental house any more! It is simply fabulous. Also, the location is so convenient - especially with its proximity to Main St. Rent this property with the utmost confidence that you'll be staying in one of the best places in Park City - but just be warned - I'm already holding it for next year!

  • We rented this property for 12 days during Christmas of 2008. Our overall experience was excellent. The house is nicely located about a minute walk to Main Street and the town lift. The house is comfortable and in new conditions. Bedrooms are located on split floors, which provides privacy. The kitchen is ample and well equipped. The living/dining area has high ceilings providing a nice sense of space. Our experience with the Owners was also excellent. They were helpful and courteous. We would love to enjoy this property again in the future.
