Best location on the island. The condo is on a magnificant complex, very clean and landscaping is outstanding! Just 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Poipu beach. We had breakfast and diner every morning and night on the backdoor balcony with the view of the sunset. The condo itself is beautiful with high ceiling and great space. The kitchen is well equiped, bedroom is big with walk -in , etc... Recommended!

A true gem in Poipu

No better bang for my buck than staying here. If you are into quiet solitude, spacious quarters, great views, great location and great weather, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for nightlife, bars, parties and the like, go to OAHU! :-)

We stayed at the condo (just got back) for 2 weeks. The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Snorkels, fins, boogie boards, ice chest, towels...the "works". Made our vacation much easier as we did not have to rent or buy anything extra during our visit. The condo is centrally located to the beach and shopping areas. Most of it...all walking distance from the condo. The weather was perfect also. When it rained...we were in transit. Once we got to where we wanted...the rain stopped. I know you can not control that...but it made our vacation so much more desirable. Thanks for providing such a "home away from home" atmosphere in the condo. Can't wait to go again...

Just returned from the best vacation ever! Kauai is fabulous and so was our home away from home on it! The furnishings were great - really reflected the island life - and it was fully equipped. The condo was very comfortable and clean - 2 musts when I travel. Every day we walked to the beach and snorkeled. The fishes were out in full force!! We'll definitely rent here again!

Susan, We just returned a few days ago from our trip to Kauai. We had a great time staying at your condo. It worked out perfectly and was a great home base for exploring the island. The Poipu Kai resort area seemed so much quieter and less trafficked than other parts of the island. Even after a week and a half, we felt as if we barely scratched the surface of what Kauai has to offer. Would love to return in the future! Thanks again. Lance

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated all the beach supplies so we didn't have to buy them. The nearby snorkellling was wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

March 2011 A Great Location on Kauai

First of all, this unit is very spacious, with balconies ( lanai ) front & back. The view from the front lanai is very wide & open over a huge expanse of grass & trees, the next building being far away. Although there is really no ocean view, that didn't matter. Beware, other properties nearby have your neighbour looking right at you from close by. The inside area & master bedroom is very large, and the cathedral ceiling , give a open feeling. The ocean, and sunsets are a short 5 minute walk with several beaches, along pathways throughout the area. Restaurants are nearby, but we preferred going the 20 minute walk down the pathway to Tidepools, at the Hyatt Hotel. Maybe a couple dollars more, but the service and overwater view, with Koi fish, is worth it. The Poipu area of Kauai is the best, with more sun than up north, and Kahala @ Poipu Kai is great, with two pools and Tennis Courts. We also liked Susan's idea of an all inclusive rating, rather than adding for this & that. Her competitive rating will save you huge dollars, especially staying long term ( month ) like we did. We found a few short comings, such as wine glasses, extra bed linens, and older chairs on the lanai, but Sunsan knows of this and probably has already fixed up. In general, you will be hard pressed to find such a spacious condo and a fair pricing in a great area, anywhere else.

we just returned from 2 weeks at this property during christmas time it exceeded our expectations the condo was beautiful the location was perfect for beach,dining shopping golf, or just about anything else you would desire a truly great experience we will recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a hawaiin vacation

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Kauia and have stayed here several times, usually for 10+ days. Great location in Poipu Kai. Short walk to Poipu Beach. Two pools that are very close to the unit. Two golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Very large one bedroom unit with 2 lanais. Good sunset views from the west facing lanai off the living room. Unit has beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. Overall just a great place to stay.

Recommended for:Sightseeing
