I take GREAT PRIDE in my home. The home is expected to be returned to the owner in the same condition it was received. If not a cleaning fee of $125.00 will be deducted from the $750.00 security deposit. Carpet cleaning is $150.00 and oven cleaning is $45.00. Paint touch ups would be $125.00. If anything is broken I expect it to be replaced or you will be charged. I just want you to treat this home as yours and give it your tender loving care.
