Our recently built home in a new gated community in Palm Springs offers you private luxury vacationing with the warmth of home living. This house is set up with all new furnishings, thoughtful amenities, and other comfortable items throughout. The private backyard with the large refreshing saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, beautiful mountain views, lounge chairs, and fire pit to make it perfect for relaxing weekend getaways or seasonal renting.
This single-story home is over 2500 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms and two baths are in the main home. One bedroom and a full bath are in the attached "Casita" with a separate outdoor entrance.
The spacious great room living/dining area have porcelain tile flooring, large L-shaped micro-suede couch, new 50" Panasonic plasma TV with digital cable and HBO, Bose DVD/CD system and a large round formal dining table. There is also a high-speed cable router with wireless Wi-Fi for your laptop internet access.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, pull-up bar seating with leather bar stools, new stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, GE Profile gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, a Cuisinart food processor and a large family style table. All high grade pots, pans, glasses, utensils, place settings are supplied for formal and casual dining or entertaining.
The house is located close to the heart of downtown Palm Springs, the Ariel Tramway, Spa Resort Casino, Factory outlets, Casino Morongo, local street fairs, restaurants, bars, nightlife, film festivals, hiking, classic car auctions, Palm Springs Airport and over 100 local golf courses.
When you are done exploring the area, you can come back to the house and relax by the pool, take a Jacuzzi, barbecue, watch a movie or just sit back and relax in this peaceful setting.
