The 3000+ sq ft log cabin home has a large upper deck running the length of the house facing the lake, where sitting in the hot tub at sunset is breathtaking.
The property is perfect for large families or reunions with comfortable seating for over 10 indoors, due to its spacious open floor plan. Outdoor living is a summertime tradition with barbeques, bonfires and an exceptional lake view while dining alfresco. The property offers comfortable sleeping for 17 in beds or up to 20 using the 2 air mattresses and cot. Even the babies are comfortable with 2 cribs provided in separate rooms. Winter retreats and a getaway from the rush of everyday life are a real surprise with our 2 indoor woodburning fireplaces (wood provided) and indoor entertainment including a spectacular pool table, satellite TV and wireless internet. Cross country skiing and sledding are available with the open layout of the property.
While centrally located, the area attractions are abundant including: Chautauqua Lake tourist areas like Bemus Point and Chautauqua Institute being a 20 minute drive with wineries guiding the way. A lake side 9 hole golf course is within walking distance while a marina for boating or jet skiing is a 5 minute drive down the road. Located in the historical town of Westfield, with its own restaurants, coffee shops, and liquor store & wine bar right in town.
There is truly something for everyone, whether it's the adults playing pool, spending quiet time in the hot tub, relaxing in one of the many lounge chairs pool side, or the kids with activities all around; you can all join together at the end of the day for bonfires lake side and star gaze in the amazing country sky.
