  This was our home away from home for two couples. We were there to enjoy the weather & spring training baseball. It is near the Arrowhead area, Peoria & Surprise stadiums. The 101 freeway is close by. The condo is as described & it was immaculate. Melissa was very responsive to questions and emails, it was a very smooth transaction. We go every year in March to Phoenix & hope to stay in this nice, quiet condo next year!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The house was clean and comfortable. All descriptions on the website were accurate. We had difficulty finding clean towels, and there were only two roles of toilet paper in the house, so we had to buy our own before our trip was over which was annoying. It also would have been nice to have Wifi. I didn't think to ask since it seems to be everywhere you go now. I'm a Graduate student, so it was fairly inconvenient not having it. I know to ask next time! Overall it fit our needs and price point, and Melissa was very kind.

  We stayed at this condo for spring training this year. It was everything it was advertised to be. We were two adult couples and the floor plan was ideal for us. The condo is very well equipped with everything you would need. The complex is extremely quiet and well maintained. We found it convenient to the parks we were visiting. We were especially pleased to find a unit that we could rent per night instead of for the whole week as we were only able to stay four nights. We will definitely consider staying at the property again when visiting the area. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions and very professional in all of our dealings.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  My husband and I spent a couple days at this property for the 2011 Nascar Race that was held in Pheonix. It worked out wonderful for us. We were about 20 - 25 mins from the track. It worked out really well for us, even though we did not use it there was a kitchen if we needed it, a washer/dryer and it was very clean. The price was very good, and we had more room than we would have had if we stayed at a motel. Melissa was a pleasure to work with and answered many of my questions that I had, she emailed me sites to look at for activites that we were interested in while we were there. I thank her so much. If we ever go back to the Phoenix Area we will contact Melissa again to use the condo. Thanks Melissa for all your help!
