  Rented this property for a weekend gathering of friends/family. Layout and details are first class. Ample parking for 3 or 4 cars in the front and additional parking on the side of the home. Nice, quiet neighborhood, quick access to Rt 1 and large chain stores to the north, or downtown Dewey to the south. Bosch refrigerator and Jenn Air stove/range with granite in kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked, all you need to bring is food/drinks...and Keurig coffe maker is a great touch. There is even a second fridge, if you need it. Downstairs BR is large and has its own full bath...and even private access. Den has a great flat screen and even a gas fireplace...it was perfect since it was actually cold this past weekend. Large dining table is perfect. Large collection of DVDs for adults and kids...even a nice collection of board games. Large, comfortable leather couches. Sound system was great, can even hook up your iPad or iPod and pipe music to outdoor speakers. Hot tub, grill and patio set make for a very comfortable time hanging outside. Upstairs has very spacious BRs....bunk bed room has room for 4 kids. All rooms have TVs...and large common room has a classy pool table and flat screen. Laundry on second floor has it all. Renters need to bring own towels and linens. Outdoor shed has several bikes, beach chairs and a beach cart. Didn't use, but great when it gets warmer. Outdoor shower is a great feature. This home is within walking distance to shops, bars and the beach. Haven't been to Dewey Beach in years, but this house will have you coming back again...soon. Owners were a pleasure to work with and have put lots of care and detail into this home. Highly recommend...this home is a gem in Dewey Beach!

  We have a wonderful time at this awesome house. My daughter ended up not feeling well when we were at the beach, so I spent the majority of my time at the beach house with her. I appreciated the hot tub and pool table, as I was house-bound...and I still had a great time! The kitchen had everything needed to make meals, the rooms were immaculate and spacious, the beach was super close, and the owner was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. I can't wait to go back next summer!

  The beach house was perfect! Everyone loved it from the 2 ½ year old to my 89 year old mother. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together and yet spacious enough to spread out if desired. The great room and kitchen area was just as I had hoped. The great room was a wonderful place for lots of different activities happening at once. We did make use of the fully stocked kitchen for our big breakfast and dinners on some days. The hot tub and pool table were big hits! The deck is shaded in the afternoon, so it was perfect to hang out there after a day at the beach. There are lots of windows to make it bright and airy, as well as lots of lights throughout the house. Thanks for making the house so warm and inviting. It was so tastefully decorated and such a great location. Handy to everything we wanted to do. We had a great time on the beach. We biked to the nearby playground and had roasted marshmallows on the beach at sunset. We hit the boardwalk, rides and arcades in Rehobath, and traveled to Ocean City, MD, for the pirate ship adventure. I know your beach house made our family's vacation special, so thank you for sharing it. We are hoping to spend another vacation there in the future, since there definitely is more to see and do. The owners were very accommodating and answered my questions quickly. I already received our security deposit. It was a very enjoyable experience in every respect.

  We had our first family vacation here and it was wonderful. The pictures do not do the house justice. It is more beautiful and bigger than you can tell from the pictures. The location is also great. Just a short walk to the beach and into Dewey. We definitely needed all the exercise after all the meals we cooked in the spacious kitchen. I am hoping we can make a stay here an annual occurrence!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  we had the best vacation at your beautiful home. the layout was great for entertaining. there was a place for everyone from the pool table room, the game room. the deck with hot tub, and large great room. it was our first time at dewey beach but it won't be our last! the accomodations and furnishings were first rate. the owner was very helpful and accomodating. we shared the home with another family and no one wanted to leave! thanks for a helping us make wonderful memories! the matthews and rodriguez families

  When I saw the video, I thought the house was amazing, but the video didn't serve it justice. Me and some friends from college rented this property for New Years, and it was well worth the price we paid, and more. It is very easily accesible, ample parking, ample roomspace, very clean, open, and awesome ammenities (pool table, hot tub, BIG HD TV, remote controlled fire place). The TV and sound system were amazing, as we are big football fans. It felt like we were in the stadium, with the way the speakers were set up. Each room had it's own tv, For our girlfriends, who were not so much into football, so they could have something to do. The deck looked amazing (despite being covered in snow), and we wanted to use the grill, but just ran out of time. We were able to walk in to town to go to the restaurants, and bars in town, and the ones that went to the beach said walking there was a breeze. My experiences with the owner were just as good. He was fair, and answered any questions, and he made the whole experience a lot less painful than I was expecting. He also returned the deposit in a very timely manner, which I've had bad experiences with in the past. I was very impressed with our experience at this house, and highly recommend it for any groups, as the bedroom downstairs provides a place to sleep for anybody that might not be able to make it up stairs. I am definitely looking forward to trying to rent it again sometime in the summer.

  Our family had a wonderful stay at your beach house. It was so beautiful, comfortable and convenient. We had so much space. The kids absolutely loved the billiards room and the deck with hot tub. This is truly one of the lovliest beach houses we've ever stayed in.

  This was a great house for our vacation. The amenities are very nice, location is great, and the owner is very easy to deal with. All in all, I would highly recommend this house. There are two big driveways and you should use them because they are not afraid to hand out parking tickets at $50 a pop! We had a great time here though.

  What a great house! We spent a week in Dewey in June, and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house is BEAUTIFUL and close to everything. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have space to themselves. Also, it is clear the owners spared no expense with regard to appliances, decorations, even down to the smallest detail. This is not your typical Dewey beach house! We were very impressed and will be sure to rent again next year. Thanks Gary!
