On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, game room, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop and a FREE ski shuttle to Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory).
Furnished with high quality furnishing including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and seating for 6 in the dining room. This exceptional property features an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings along with three bedrooms (King/Queen/2 twins) and a loft (queen pull-out bed) as well as 2 Aero mattresses to comfortably sleep 10.

We had a wonderful time in Durango - loved the townhome - perfect for a large group like ours. We liked the two tvs, which I originally didn't care about - but some wanted a break from march madness in the main room:). It was cozy and had a well stocked kitchen, which made it nice for us to cook our meals each night! Handy to the hill as well... the view is spectacular and enjoyed the garage for our two vehicles. I also appreciated yours and the maintenance man's quick response to our calls. Thanks again for providing us with a wonderful home for our week in Durango! We would highly recommend this to anyone else!
