The Renewal is a wonderful all natural log home that has massive and simply spectacular views of Breckenridge ski area along with all of 10 mile range. You will be spending your vacation in a 3200 square foot home that has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 3 living areas. To help relax and find entertainment for everyone on the trip, there are 2 separate television viewing areas, a pool table, a new 7 person hot tub with great mountain views and a fabulous 40 foot deck spanning the entire front of the house.
This fantastic get away is located up scenic Boreas Pass Road, 3.5 miles from town, and only 250 feet from a shuttle stop for a free and easy ride into town or the ski basin so you don’t have to worry about being the bus driver for your family, friends or teenagers to town or the slopes. We have just recently replaced all of the bedroom furniture with authentic, hand peeled, custom built Aspen furniture that is just magnificent; you will not be disappointed.
The living room features a cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace, wood burning stove with huge windows just perfect for gazing out at the Ski Area and Mountain Views. Our home is perfect for the family who just wants plenty of space to spread out and enjoy themselves or the vacation that is designed to spend time with friends or extended family in mind. Whether you are staying in Breckenridge for the snow filled winters with skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing and ice fishing, the summer with hiking, biking, 4 wheeling or fishing, or the fall with the cooler temperatures, colorful foliage, or fishing for the spawning trout, come and enjoy our home all year long and renew your body, mind and sprit with the special times each season brings.
The Renewal is set up with 2 King private rooms, 2 Queen rooms, and 1 Bunkroom that has 1 Queen and 3 Twins, and if that is not enough, there are 2 queen pull-out couches in the loft. What this means is you can get as many as 13 people in beds and 15 if you use the Queen sleeper sofas. With all of that, keep in mind that we also have the basics which include Full sized washer/dryer, TV/VCR, Stereo/CD and DVD, and High Speed Internet for your use.
