Ideal for a small family, two couples or one to four individuals on a budget. Conveniently located five munutes to a boat launch, scenic beach with bath house and picnic area. Plenty of yard to play games, driveway to park your vehicles and fishing rigs. Security is provided with regular patrols by the local Neighborhood Watch Association.
Relaxing on the peaceful screened porch is one of our favorites. There is a raised deck on the back that provides an inviting place to bird watch. The house also features a comfortable living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a realistic electric fireplace. The kitchen is spacious, with lots of appliances and cooking utensils.
Day time access to a nearby boat dock is also available and within easy walking distance. Guntersville Lake is known far and wide as a bass fishing Mecca and water sports paradise. However, if shopping is more to your liking, there are several unique shops in Guntersville with two shopping centers within easy driving distance. Huntsville is only 30 minutes away. Don't forget to ask about the outstanding eating opportunities in the area.
