Vacation Townhome Amenities: Fully loaded, this modern, 2100 sq. ft. open floor plan is spacious & comfortably furnished. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully appointed kitchen with granite counters, side by side fridge with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc... The kitchen, dining room & living room opens up to a lovely view of the private fountain heated pool in a locked fenced backyard surrounded by Palm trees, on the serene Mediterranean style patio there is a gas grill, table with chairs and lounge chairs. Uptairs, the large private master suite invites serene relaxation with comfortable Queen size bed (or King size in the other townhome), large luxurious bath, jetted tub, walk in shower, separate vanities and a walk in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have queen beds and private vanities with Jack & Jill Bathroom, upstairs laundry is so convenient! Up to date with safety regulations.
Recreation Amenities: This casual and friendly safe area is full of life and things to see and do--restaurants with nightly live entertainment, Famous Aruba Restaurant, right on the beach, on Friday afternoon, has free whole roasted pig appetizer at the bar and 2-4-1 drinks. Right across, Athena Greek Restaurant has belly dancing on the weekends. Every Friday and Saturday nights, live performances and dancing in the closed street of the plaza. We are delighted about this review. Two other reviews that appeared on HOMEAWAY rated our townhouses 5 out of 5 stars. One family that stayed with us October 2008 wrote - A GREAT SPOT WITH YOUR GRANDCHILDREN - " This spot was perfect for a beach vacation! The house is clean, bright and spacious. The backyard is an oasis, with lush palms separating you from all nearby structures. It's a five minute walk to the ocean, and the beach is nicely maintained. We would come back here again in a heartbeat.! " The other review who stayed with us September 2008 wrote - GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH YOUR FAMILY - " This house is an oasis for everyone! We went there right after our wedding with our parents, so basically there were three families under one roof! Can't imagine that? Three spacious bedrooms, huge living room, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms provided with towels, paper tissue etc. And of course that beautiful patio w/ pool. Everyone could find their sweet solitude, without being bothered by someone else. The beach is minutes away from home, so we didn't actually need a car to get there. There was a lot of walking and admiring. We loved visiting nearby souvenir shops and restaurants with good seafood and live music where we could dance. Honestly, this is a place where you can get rest." We love to have you as our beloved guests, and experienced good old Italian hospitality.
