E Komo Mai! Make your stay in paradise an experience that you will never forget. Enjoy our brand new beautiful deluxe unit (fully renovated in September 2008.) This unit is the perfect place if you just got married, enjoying a second honeymoon, want to spend a romantic time with a loved one, or just want to stay in very a high class room.
This unit is located on the 30th floor in tower one at the Waikiki Banyan. The Waikiki Banyan sits on the corner of Ohua and Kuhio Avenue. The unit has 2 brand new double beds in the bedroom. The wash room (bathroom) is completely all new from the titles to the shower/tub. A special feature of the bathroom is that it has a washlet installed within the toilet. The kitchen has brand new cabinets, a built-in microwave, and a flat range cook top. The kitchen counters and tables are brand new with granite. There are several seating chairs around the kitchen/dining room table. The floors have brand new title and carpet. The balcony/lanai comes with views of the city, ocean, and mountain. The living room has a 42" flat screen T.V. with a DVD player. As our guest, We will provide a free once a week full maid service at no addiontional cost. There is a coin operated Washer and dryer located down the hall by units 13 & 14.
There are many things to enjoy with out ever leaving the hotel. The sixth floor recreation deck comes complete with a pool, Jacuzzi, showers, large BBQ area, tennis court/basket ball court, children's playground, putting green, and snack bar. If that isn't enough there is a coffee shop with internet access and a mini-mart located in the lobby of Tower 1.
On a nice sunny Hawaiian day you can Take a trip down to the beach where you can learn how to surf, paddle a canoe, and or sail on a catamaran. If you don’t want to get sandy then you take a trip see the wild life at the Honolulu Zoo or the Waikiki Aquarium. Don't want to see animals? Then take a stroll down to beautiful Kapiolani Park where they host many different types of fee events open to the public.
Let's say you want to get away from the crowd and be a little adventurous. Take a cruise around the island by either car or city bus. There are a lot of things to see like Sea Life Park, Haunama Bay (closed on Tuesday), Polynesian Culture Center (PCC), Dole Plantation, and Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park. If you want to do a little beach hopping some great beaches to swim and tan are Kailua and Lanikai. If your looking for waves then you would want to stop by Sandy's, Makapu'u, and the all along the North Shore (Please remember that if you are not an experience surfer or swimmer stay close to the shore line.)

Deluxe Units with CIMY Management

We rented 2 DELUXE units with CIMY management and they were very nice & home-like. They are spacious, upgraded, clean and fully stocked. This unit was larger than the other one and had a washlet toilet seat. Loved that parking & internet was included in rental. The Waikiki Banyan is located on the outer part of the strip so it does require walking but it's really not that bad. Beach is very close. The kids loved the 6th floor with the playground & pool. I've read many reviews on units at the Waikiki Banyan. Some good and some bad. Best advice would be to request a unit that has been newly renovated or go with the a deluxe unit. I can't speak for the standard units :)
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I have stayed at this unit twice, love it and would not hesitate to stay again and as a matter of fact are planning another visit in the near future. The pictures are accurate, the unit is well maintained, clean and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Have recommended this unit to many of our friends.
