Come and enjoy our Four Bedroom/Two Bathroom home located in the peaceful subdivision of Davenport Estates which is only 10 Minutes from Disney.
This house comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and more. We have a washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. There is a master Suite with a Queen bed and walk in closet. The other three bedrooms have a Queen bed, a Queen size and two twin beds. We have a couch in the living room with a pull out queen size bed also.
We have a crib and high chair available for your use. We have four TV's equipped with cable, a DVD player and Playstation. We also have wireless internet so bring your laptop. There is a Webber grill for your use by the pool.
You can see the DISNEY FIREWORKS nightly by the pool.
There are many prestigious golf courses in the area. There is a grocery store and a Super Wal-Mart within a mile of the house. The house is only 12 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. For the golfers there are over 20 courses within a half hour radius.

Amazing Golf courses within minutes, Disney World is approximately 10/12 mins, Fishing in nearby lakes surrounded by wildlife, Beautiful Scenery, Chinese take out and Mia Pizza take out or dine in are 2 mins away next to Publix, 5 mins to Wal-Mart. Lots of Restaurants and shopping nearby. Applebees is right across the street. We rent from Saturday to Saturday

2009 Weekly .. $650/week plus 12% tax
Holiday Weeks ....... $750/week plus 12% tax.
Pool Heat is Optional and $110 for the week.
You can pay by Pay-Pal or with a Personal check or Cashiers check.
