Location: Sunset Beach, North Oahu, Oahu, Hawaii, USA (45 min. from Honolulu Airport, 5 min to Turtle Bay Resort)

Accommodations:  Detached Guest House, 1 Bedroom + Other (See Description), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)

This property is located in the gated, upscale community called Sunset Beach Colony. It is a newly constructed, detached guest house that is located at the surf break at Velzyland. The subject property is located about 200 yards from the ocean's edge, with beach access directly adjacent to the property.

Bordered by hundreds of acres of University of Hawaii farmland, this area is a huge departure from the city lights of Honolulu, yet close enough for day trips to Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and other points of interest.

Check the surf, breaching Humpback whales, and spectacular sunsets from this one of a kind location on the rural North Shore of Oahu.

This is a newer subdivision with 27 lots averaging approximately 15,00 square feet, and only 10 homes. Abundant open space, empty lots, and easy parking. Not the usual high density North Shore crashpad. Subject property is located on a 17,00 square foot lot at the end of the cul-de-sac. There are currently 4 homes under construction in the subdivision.

My family of four (13 boy, 10 girl) lives in the main house full time.
