I was there for the second time. In August 2010 we spend 4 weeks in this wonderful place! It's perfect to have WLAN in the villa. So I could make my buisness as well. I took my family with me and they all liked the villa. We also used to play tennis, wich is unique for a villa. From time to time friends came to visit us and they used to stay for a week. So we had a wonderful time at TINA DORA!!!

I've spent the best time in this wonderful villa with my family. I strongly recommend this place. I've never seen such a luxury villa in which I've enjoyed and my children had the best holidays which they will remember for a long time. The swimming pool is fantastic, especially for kids when you want to relax from them. Also, I want to say thank you to Panos who is owner of this villa, He provided the best holidays for my family.

Thank you very much for the owner Panajiotis and his helpers for lovely holidays in Crete. My family (we are travelling with 4 children and babysitter) spent 2 weeks in the villa in September 2009. The villa is very comfortable and clean, there is an air conditioner in the each room. Our favorite place was great terrace on the same level with kitchen and sitting room with gas BBQ, big table and amazing view (NO neighbors, just olive groves, mountains and the sea). Panajiotis gave us a lot of information about everything: the best taverns, where to buy meat, fresh fish, olive oil …. He is really very nice and helpful person. Greek vine is really very good (before we preferred just French or Italian) and we even bought several bottles home. The sea is wonderful everywhere. Every first part of the day we spent on the beach and every day before dinner we played tennis (the private court it’s great option). So, don’t hesitate to travel to Crete and stay in the villa Tina Dora.

My family of 5 (mom, dad, and 3 small children) and I stayed at TinaDora for a month in May and June 2010 and my sister-in-law joined us for the last week. The villa had plenty of room for all of us and we all had a blast in the beautiful pool and on the tennis court. The villa is clean, well built, equipped with a baby cot and highchair and all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation (including things that you hopefully dont need on your vacation like Internet, TV, and a PlayStation!). It is located a few minutes away from the closest beach and 20 minutes or so from the best beaches in the area. It is very secluded so you truly feel like you are getting away from it all. The location is also very central on Crete and we did several day trips to Chania, Iraklio, Plakias, Frangokastello, Mt. Idi, and all the other great attractions that Crete has to offer. The owner is honest, friendly, and helpful and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout our holiday. We had an absolutely marvelous vacation and hope to do it again sometime soon.

The property was clean, well supplied and very comfortable for our group of 6 to 8 people. Great day trips from villa and home delivery restaurant of traditional greek food. One of the best beaches was only 30 min from villa with beaches as close as 10 min. I would reccommend the villa, It felt great after day of touring to be in an area where you are surrounded by olive trees and very limited neighbors.

I spent 2 weeks (Aug. 31 - Sept. 14th at this BEAUTIFUL property. The owner, Panagiotis, is a kind and helpful person, which made the whole experience even better. The house is fabulous, the photos on the web site are very accurate. Surrounded by olive groves, with a view of the sea in the distance, the location is superb for exploring the beautiful island of Crete. Every detail in the house is of high quality. The house has triple pane windows, and each room has an air conditioner, making it very quiet to sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. Each bedroom opens to a patio. The pool area is great, especially in the heat of the summer. We don't play tennis, but there are raquets and balls at the house. The house was cleaned 2 times a week, and the washing machine was a nice feature (if a little difficult to figure out - but there's an instruction booklet!) Panos recommended my now favorite beach in the world, Bali Beach - the 3rd cove. It's about a 25 minute drive east, but worth it. He lead us to the fish store (card in business card holder at house), where we bought fresh fish to grill, and there are meat markets and many mini markets close by. At one mini-market, the owner went to his house nearby and brought us back fresh oregano as we shopped for our fabulous Greek yogurt and other food items. Also he recommended Sky Park restaurant which offers FREE delivery (quickly and very good and reasonable food). In Rethimnon, I recommend the Folk Art Museum - wonderful. Also hiking the Prasano Gorge (closer than Samaria Gorge and no other people were seen on the 5 hour hike - I didn't go but the friends who went said it was not an easy one but worth it) was a highlight. We drove to little wonderful villages - Margarites, Argiroupolis, took a cooking class at Enagron in Axos, and visited the Arkahi Monestary. I'll admit that driving is not for the faint at heart - just stay to the right and it's very doable. The people of Crete were for the most part WONDERFUL. Many people spoke English well enough to help with directions. We made a lot of U turns, but got where we wanted to go - Chania, Knossos, Rethimnon were the big sites, as well as the drives to the small villages. We didn't travel to the south coast, but it is only about an hour drive. We enjoyed the comfortable house most evenings, eating on the patio, drinking wine and ouzo. We brought a set of IPOD speakers, which was great! What can I say - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED property!
