Great for a family

The 3 bedroom condo was great! It was very clean and very spacious. The closet in the master was even big enough to set up my sons pack-n-play so we we felt like he wasn't sharing a room with us. It was directly at the top of the stairs from the garage (there is also an elevator) which was very convienent with the kids. We felt very safe with the various gates. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen so you won't have to pile up the counters or live out of boxes during your stay. We also enjoyed having TVs in each room that could all be watching different programs, since we had 3 generations on our trip. Highly recommend this condo!

Fabulous location - great condo. Very comfortable and easy access to everything. Enjoyed the views, the beach, the pools and everything about it. Great place to return to after a day of sightseeing around Savannah. The deck was a favorite spot of all of us in the mornings and evenings. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I took our son and his friends to Tybee for a last time summer vacation before heading off to college. We - along with the boys- enjoyed our stay and will most definitely like to stay here again. Everything was exactly as stated. The boys enjoyed having access to two different water venues - beach or pool - depending on what their "craving" was at the time. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night - listening to the water hit upon the beach and feeling a slight breeze across our face. Becasue it was a short distance away - we were able to take the boys to downtown Savannah for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Everyone had a wonderful time and hated to leave. My son has already stated he wants to come back next year and perhaps make this a "before returning to college" tradition for him and his friends.

Fabulous condo! Beautiful location, beach, and complex. Love the combination locks, the spacious rooms, the ice machine, the decor and oh the porch. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo for less than a weekly rental . We had a vacation to remember, so much to see and do, excitement and relaxation. You have the best location on Tybee, and so close to all the history and resources of Savannah. We found many fun restaurants and all have excellent food.

We rented this condo for a short trip out to Tybee Island. We had a great time and the condo was lovely. The kids used the pool and we sat and enjoyed the lovely view on the balcony. We even saw some dolphins! Everything was nice and the owner communicates promptly. Thank you so much for a super trip.

I would highly recommend this condo. The view, the weather, and the peace and quiet were great! The unit was clean and efficient. It was exactly as pictured and Rhonda was very prompt to answer any questions. I would chose this unit first if I were visiting Tybee and Savannah again. Thanks again.

Stay on Tybee

Rhonda was great throughout -- from the initial contact to our stay in her condo to afterward. The condo had a great view of the ocean. At night, we'd open the sliding doors and fall asleep to the roar of the Atlantic. The condo was a few short steps to the beach. We loved walking to the end of the beach at low tide and out on the sandbars and watching the horseshoe crabs. The only sad thing about the week was that it ended too quickly! Our kids also loved the pools at the facility too. Thanks, Rhonda!

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at this condo the weekend before St. Patrick's Day and had an excellent time. The views from the condo are great and we were fortunate to have the Tybee Irish Parade come right by on Saturday. The condo is lovely and had all that we needed. The pools were very nice as well. What a great birthday weekend for my daughter!

We just stayed at the Oceanview condo, and it was incredible! From the first inquiry until the last turn of the lock, it was just as we had hoped. The condo is immaculate, roomy, and prettier than the pictures. We had easy access to the beach, the pools, and were within walking distance to the Sugar Shack, which our kids loved. I would highly recommend this condo, and I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in April when we return to Tybee/Savannah.

We all fell in love with Tybee and the condo we rented from Rhonda. Marlin Monroe's and all the girls there made us feel right at home. Leaving was the hardest part of renting from Rhonda!! We'll be back! I recommend Rhonda's condo's to anyone thinking of visiting Tybee. Nice easy walk to the beach, gorgeous & clean condo & Dolphins swimming past your deck every day...just an overall comfortable setting to forget your worries.
