Beautiful Condos in Resort Area!!!!!

  This condo was perfect. Six ladies enjoyed a week long get away. We had plenty of room. It was very clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. Sadly, the weather was a tad bit cooler than what was the "norm" for that time of year. However, it didn't dampen our good time. Happened to fall during St. Patrick's Day. We took a shuttle (for $20) into Savannah. Rented bleacher seats ($40) by the cathedral ahead of time (VERY smart moves!). Staying on the North side of the island is probably better for families, or those who want a laid-back vacation. The South end has all the tourist shops, restaurants, night life, and pier. Had great food everywhere we went. Some "musts" are Marlin Monroes, Northbeach Bar/Grill, Fannies, Sundae Cafe, & The Breakfast Club on Tybee. In Savannah, you have to go to Mrs Wilkes, but go REALLY hungry and be prepared to wait. It's well worth the wait though, and only $18 for everything! Also ate at a small Scottish pub, Molly MacPherson's that was good. Sounds like we ate out alot, but we also cooked at the condo. We bought fresh shrimp one night at the place just over the waterway enroute to the island. We even had several good DVDs to watch while kicking back at the condo! Beautiful, clean beach. There are a couple of companies that will take you anywhere on the island, at nearly anytime for $3 per person. You don't have to worry about parking, or drinking and driving. All you have to do is call them. We never had to wait long for them to pick you up. The father/son company we used was Breezy Riders. They were also great at suggestions on where to eat, etc. I know this review is kind of discombobulated, but having trouble remembering everything I wanted to include.   I just stayed here with my wife and 3 young children and the place is beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and conspicuously clean. There is an abundance of room and the location is perfect with restaurants nearby and a convenience store within walking distance. The beach is less than a minute to walk to. There is a really nice park nearby for the kids. Dining in is great as the place is set up with all of the necessary pots and pans. The balcony is a great place for spending the evening after dinner. Thanks for a great place Rhonda and we'll definitely stay here again next time we come!

  We rented this problem for 3 nights after being in Savannah at a wedding. Rhonda was great to work with and we had no problems with the condo. There is a heated pool which is shared by people in the complex. The beach is right there. Less than 1 minute over the dunes and you are on sand. The 2 smaller bedrooms are on either side of the entrance so their windows look out to the parking area. However, the master b/r and the living room each had big windows looking at the ocean and walk out private balconies. The architect did a good job on the balconies where you really cannot see the other residents when they are outside and they can't see you. Owner stated that the condo came with a "wired" internet connection. So, we just unplugged our wireless from home, plugged it in and "boom" all the kids had internet on phones and ipads, etc. Given the low cost of a wireless router, they probably ought to just put one in, but that would be the only thing I would change about the condo itself. It was beautiful and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well furnished although we only used it for snacks and drinks.

  We stayed at the beautiful Ocean View 2bed condo for a Spring break family getaway. Our dealings with the owner throughout the booking process was easy, friendly and very helpful. They provided lots of great local places to see/visit and places to eat which really helped us make the most of our stay. We were delighted with how clean and fresh the condo was. It was very well appointed and we loved the beach themed decor, which was perfect for the location and the apartment. Every room was well appointed and impeccably clean, with plenty of fresh towels and linen. The only thing we needed to bring were beach towels, everything else was there...even dishwasher tablets!! The large balcony area has plenty of seating and a great outdoor dining table. It's a great place to enjoy watching dolphins playing in the sea (something my children thoroughly enjoyed doing!) and boats go by. There are plenty of great places to eat, many within walking distance, or others just a short car ride away. There is a small general store just 5mins walk away which is great to grab those essential things like bread and milk. The condo is perfectly placed for visiting Savannah too, being just 15mins by car away. Fort Pulaski is also really close by (10 mins by car) and worth visiting. At the weekend and holidays they do cannon demonstrations which is worth seeing (very loud though!). Most importantly the condo is right on the beach front...just a 30second walk to the beach!! The beach area is spotless and has beautiful sand dunes to enjoy too. We loved the wooden swing seats dotted along the beach. We enjoyed a lovely walk all along the beach to the south end of the island where there is a large wooden pier area. We spotted some fabulous wide life on our walk including some amazing looking jelly fish. All in all a most enjoyable stay and we would certainly look to book again.

  We stayed in the oceanview condo for a couple of weeks during the off season. Such a beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. We have stayed at several condos in the south through vrbo and this one is by far our favorite. I can't think of one thing they should change! -and the owner was great to work with.

  This was our first beach vacation with our 16 month old. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect of us. Beingnonly a few steps from the beach allowed us to go back and forth easily for naps and when little buddy needed a break. The pools were so close and fun when we needed a break from the sand. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable! Thank you we can't wait to return!

  We had a wonderful time at the beach house. The 4 br/4baths were absolutley lovely.Immaculate and super clean, They are just as pictured. The beach was truly private and everything was so well organized and easy to find. Rhonda was soooo sweet and accomodating. Every member of my family had privacy and their own bath. Each room was just as nice as the master. The washer and dryer were a great plus , and the elevator made it so nice for my mother who has terrible knees. Even the things we forgot were right there waiting on us when we arrived. The 2 car garage was wonderful, and the private beach was amazing. WE WILL BE BACK EVERY YEAR! FANTASTIC FAMILY VACATION SPOT!

  I've stayed in many condos on many beaches, and I have realistic expectations. This condo far surpassed those expectations. From the floorplan to the decor, everything was wonderful. The floorplan is especially nice and gives bedroom since the 2 bedrooms do not share any walls. However, the best thing about this condo is the ample balcony. We plan to come back in the near future.

  We stayed at the oceanfront 3br condo and it had a beautiful view. The listing and photos were just as described! The condo was very clean and the decor was very nice and "islandy." Access to the condo was convenient and easy and we were steps away from the beach. It was quiet and just what we were looking for. Rhonda was friendly and very easy to work with and was prompt in her email replies. I would try and rent this condo again if we return to Tybee. We took Mike's Dolphin Cruise and it was informative and we did see dolphins even though the dolphin population is down in February. Thanks again Rhonda!

  The 3 bedroom condo was great! It was very clean and very spacious. The closet in the master was even big enough to set up my sons pack-n-play so we we felt like he wasn't sharing a room with us. It was directly at the top of the stairs from the garage (there is also an elevator) which was very convienent with the kids. We felt very safe with the various gates. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen so you won't have to pile up the counters or live out of boxes during your stay. We also enjoyed having TVs in each room that could all be watching different programs, since we had 3 generations on our trip. Highly recommend this condo!
