My family just returned from a stay in the 3 bedroom condo. Traveling to Georgia for a wedding, myself, husband, 2 year old, Sister and Brother-in law, their 2 year old, and my in-laws decided to drive to Tybee Island for our girls' first trip to the beach. The condo was immaculate and offered plenty of space. It is situated right next to the stairs a floor up from the garage that leads directly to the beach, so toting the girls to the beach in their wagon was super easy! The rooms were perfect and the kitchen has everything to offer if you choose to eat in. The internet was also very convenient and each room has a cable tv which helped with the kids. The island is so cozy and very family friendly, and the beach is beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't get to eat at Marlin Monroe's since I believe they're closed on Monday and Tuesdays, but we thoroughly enjoyed Stingray's and the Crab Shack! Rhonda was very easy to work with and was very accommodating. We made beautiful family vacation memories at Tybee Island and will definitely stay at this condo again. I HIGHLY recommend this condo for families-you won't be disappointed!

The 2br condo was beautiful and very personal and homey. It had everything u need. The view of the ocean was great and it is only a short walk to the beach and pools. Rhonda was very helpful and prompt on replying. It was great for my 4 year old and 81 year old grandmother that were with my husband and I. Gated entrance and close by elevator was great! Highly recommend.

Beautiful beachside condo

I just stayed here with my wife and 3 young children and the place is beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and conspicuously clean. There is an abundance of room and the location is perfect with restaurants nearby and a convenience store within walking distance. The beach is less than a minute to walk to. There is a really nice park nearby for the kids. Dining in is great as the place is set up with all of the necessary pots and pans. The balcony is a great place for spending the evening after dinner. Thanks for a great place Rhonda and we'll definitely stay here again next time we come!

This condo was perfect. Six ladies enjoyed a week long get away. We had plenty of room. It was very clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. Sadly, the weather was a tad bit cooler than what was the "norm" for that time of year. However, it didn't dampen our good time. Happened to fall during St. Patrick's Day. We took a shuttle (for $20) into Savannah. Rented bleacher seats ($40) by the cathedral ahead of time (VERY smart moves!). Staying on the North side of the island is probably better for families, or those who want a laid-back vacation. The South end has all the tourist shops, restaurants, night life, and pier. Had great food everywhere we went. Some "musts" are Marlin Monroes, Northbeach Bar/Grill, Fannies, Sundae Cafe, & The Breakfast Club on Tybee. In Savannah, you have to go to Mrs Wilkes, but go REALLY hungry and be prepared to wait. It's well worth the wait though, and only $18 for everything! Also ate at a small Scottish pub, Molly MacPherson's that was good. Sounds like we ate out alot, but we also cooked at the condo. We bought fresh shrimp one night at the place just over the waterway enroute to the island. We even had several good DVDs to watch while kicking back at the condo! Beautiful, clean beach. There are a couple of companies that will take you anywhere on the island, at nearly anytime for $3 per person. You don't have to worry about parking, or drinking and driving. All you have to do is call them. We never had to wait long for them to pick you up. The father/son company we used was Breezy Riders. They were also great at suggestions on where to eat, etc. I know this review is kind of discombobulated, but having trouble remembering everything I wanted to include. Fabulous family Spring Break!

We stayed at the beautiful Ocean View 2bed condo for a Spring break family getaway. Our dealings with the owner throughout the booking process was easy, friendly and very helpful. They provided lots of great local places to see/visit and places to eat which really helped us make the most of our stay. We were delighted with how clean and fresh the condo was. It was very well appointed and we loved the beach themed decor, which was perfect for the location and the apartment. Every room was well appointed and impeccably clean, with plenty of fresh towels and linen. The only thing we needed to bring were beach towels, everything else was there...even dishwasher tablets!! The large balcony area has plenty of seating and a great outdoor dining table. It's a great place to enjoy watching dolphins playing in the sea (something my children thoroughly enjoyed doing!) and boats go by. There are plenty of great places to eat, many within walking distance, or others just a short car ride away. There is a small general store just 5mins walk away which is great to grab those essential things like bread and milk. The condo is perfectly placed for visiting Savannah too, being just 15mins by car away. Fort Pulaski is also really close by (10 mins by car) and worth visiting. At the weekend and holidays they do cannon demonstrations which is worth seeing (very loud though!). Most importantly the condo is right on the beach front...just a 30second walk to the beach!! The beach area is spotless and has beautiful sand dunes to enjoy too. We loved the wooden swing seats dotted along the beach. We enjoyed a lovely walk all along the beach to the south end of the island where there is a large wooden pier area. We spotted some fabulous wide life on our walk including some amazing looking jelly fish. All in all a most enjoyable stay and we would certainly look to book again.

3 Bedroom Oceanfront was Excellent!

We rented this problem for 3 nights after being in Savannah at a wedding. Rhonda was great to work with and we had no problems with the condo. There is a heated pool which is shared by people in the complex. The beach is right there. Less than 1 minute over the dunes and you are on sand. The 2 smaller bedrooms are on either side of the entrance so their windows look out to the parking area. However, the master b/r and the living room each had big windows looking at the ocean and walk out private balconies. The architect did a good job on the balconies where you really cannot see the other residents when they are outside and they can't see you. Owner stated that the condo came with a "wired" internet connection. So, we just unplugged our wireless from home, plugged it in and "boom" all the kids had internet on phones and ipads, etc. Given the low cost of a wireless router, they probably ought to just put one in, but that would be the only thing I would change about the condo itself. It was beautiful and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well furnished although we only used it for snacks and drinks.

We stayed in the oceanview condo for a couple of weeks during the off season. Such a beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. We have stayed at several condos in the south through vrbo and this one is by far our favorite. I can't think of one thing they should change! -and the owner was great to work with.

I've stayed in many condos on many beaches, and I have realistic expectations. This condo far surpassed those expectations. From the floorplan to the decor, everything was wonderful. The floorplan is especially nice and gives bedroom since the 2 bedrooms do not share any walls. However, the best thing about this condo is the ample balcony. We plan to come back in the near future.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. The 4 br/4baths were absolutley lovely.Immaculate and super clean, They are just as pictured. The beach was truly private and everything was so well organized and easy to find. Rhonda was soooo sweet and accomodating. Every member of my family had privacy and their own bath. Each room was just as nice as the master. The washer and dryer were a great plus , and the elevator made it so nice for my mother who has terrible knees. Even the things we forgot were right there waiting on us when we arrived. The 2 car garage was wonderful, and the private beach was amazing. WE WILL BE BACK EVERY YEAR! FANTASTIC FAMILY VACATION SPOT!

This was our first beach vacation with our 16 month old. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect of us. Beingnonly a few steps from the beach allowed us to go back and forth easily for naps and when little buddy needed a break. The pools were so close and fun when we needed a break from the sand. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable! Thank you we can't wait to return!

We stayed at the oceanfront 3br condo and it had a beautiful view. The listing and photos were just as described! The condo was very clean and the decor was very nice and "islandy." Access to the condo was convenient and easy and we were steps away from the beach. It was quiet and just what we were looking for. Rhonda was friendly and very easy to work with and was prompt in her email replies. I would try and rent this condo again if we return to Tybee. We took Mike's Dolphin Cruise and it was informative and we did see dolphins even though the dolphin population is down in February. Thanks again Rhonda!

The 3 bedroom condo was great! It was very clean and very spacious. The closet in the master was even big enough to set up my sons pack-n-play so we we felt like he wasn't sharing a room with us. It was directly at the top of the stairs from the garage (there is also an elevator) which was very convienent with the kids. We felt very safe with the various gates. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen so you won't have to pile up the counters or live out of boxes during your stay. We also enjoyed having TVs in each room that could all be watching different programs, since we had 3 generations on our trip. Highly recommend this condo!

Fabulous location - great condo. Very comfortable and easy access to everything. Enjoyed the views, the beach, the pools and everything about it. Great place to return to after a day of sightseeing around Savannah. The deck was a favorite spot of all of us in the mornings and evenings. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I took our son and his friends to Tybee for a last time summer vacation before heading off to college. We - along with the boys- enjoyed our stay and will most definitely like to stay here again. Everything was exactly as stated. The boys enjoyed having access to two different water venues - beach or pool - depending on what their "craving" was at the time. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night - listening to the water hit upon the beach and feeling a slight breeze across our face. Becasue it was a short distance away - we were able to take the boys to downtown Savannah for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Everyone had a wonderful time and hated to leave. My son has already stated he wants to come back next year and perhaps make this a "before returning to college" tradition for him and his friends.

Fabulous condo! Beautiful location, beach, and complex. Love the combination locks, the spacious rooms, the ice machine, the decor and oh the porch. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo for less than a weekly rental . We had a vacation to remember, so much to see and do, excitement and relaxation. You have the best location on Tybee, and so close to all the history and resources of Savannah. We found many fun restaurants and all have excellent food.

We rented this condo for a short trip out to Tybee Island. We had a great time and the condo was lovely. The kids used the pool and we sat and enjoyed the lovely view on the balcony. We even saw some dolphins! Everything was nice and the owner communicates promptly. Thank you so much for a super trip.

Rhonda was great throughout -- from the initial contact to our stay in her condo to afterward. The condo had a great view of the ocean. At night, we'd open the sliding doors and fall asleep to the roar of the Atlantic. The condo was a few short steps to the beach. We loved walking to the end of the beach at low tide and out on the sandbars and watching the horseshoe crabs. The only sad thing about the week was that it ended too quickly! Our kids also loved the pools at the facility too. Thanks, Rhonda!

We stayed at this condo the weekend before St. Patrick's Day and had an excellent time. The views from the condo are great and we were fortunate to have the Tybee Irish Parade come right by on Saturday. The condo is lovely and had all that we needed. The pools were very nice as well. What a great birthday weekend for my daughter!

We just stayed at the Oceanview condo, and it was incredible! From the first inquiry until the last turn of the lock, it was just as we had hoped. The condo is immaculate, roomy, and prettier than the pictures. We had easy access to the beach, the pools, and were within walking distance to the Sugar Shack, which our kids loved. I would highly recommend this condo, and I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in April when we return to Tybee/Savannah.

We all fell in love with Tybee and the condo we rented from Rhonda. Marlin Monroe's and all the girls there made us feel right at home. Leaving was the hardest part of renting from Rhonda!! We'll be back! I recommend Rhonda's condo's to anyone thinking of visiting Tybee. Nice easy walk to the beach, gorgeous & clean condo & Dolphins swimming past your deck every day...just an overall comfortable setting to forget your worries.

Couldn't have asked for an easier booking process than with Rhonda. Very simple, easy and no hidden "monetary surprises". The unit was spacious, clean & comfortable & we love the keyless entry & not having the hassle of checking in on arrival. The listing description was accurate & the photos on point. We are accustomed to ocean front and were disappointed with the ocean view,(we were expecting to see the view straight out our window instead of a building), but we still got to watch the dolphins play from our balcony view and for the lower price, it was definitely worth it! My next visit, I hope to rent the oceanfront condo from Rhonda! Will definitely recommend this unit to friends and family!

Owner response: Just to clarify....Deb wanted to stay in our 3 bedroom oceanfront condo; but, it was booked at the time of her trip. She stayed in our 2 bedrm oceanview condo, which does have a view of the ocean but is not considered an oceanfront condo. Because the 2 bedroom condo is not oceanfront, the price to rent it is considerably lower than the price to rent our 3 bedroom oceanfront condo, which does have a straight, direct view of the ocean!!!

The condo was exactly as pictured and the view was great. My kids loved watching the barges come and go. The beach was just a stones throw away and with 3 kids, hauling everything to and from the beach was a breeze. The location was great--away from the hustle and bustle of the pier but close enough for a long walk or a short drive. We will definitely be staying in this condo again.

We had a great time last weekend, the condo is great. I loved the easy access to the beach. The kids loved the number of whole shells they were able to find along with two sand dollars. Thank you for all your help and your meal suggestions. I would say that I got shrimped out, but I don't think that can happen. :-)

Rhonda, I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate the use of your condo this past week. Tybee Island was everything we dreamed it would be and more. It was like a lil slice of Americana...Nothing like other beach resort communities we have visited. We took many pictures and hope to share in the memories that we created for many years to come. We will definitely make Tybee Island a regular vacation destination and would very much like to see if we can be updated on openings that you may have for future bookings. Your condo was beautifully furnished and very spacious. As for my uncle he said it was a wonderful choice.

The trip was fantastic!! The condo was perfect! Everything was great. We ate at that pizza place two times, it was the best pizza I think I have ever had and cheap!! Perfect for our budgets!! We had a blast. It was truly a relaxing vacation and it was fun with all the kids having such a great time. So, I would say it was PERFECT!! Thanks for all the advice and letting us rent your wonderful condo. We are already talking about next year:) Thanks for everything!!!

This will be our second year staying in one of Ron's condo's and we had an awesome experience last year. We stayed in the oceanview condo last year and will be in the oceanfront condo this year. The oceanview had an awesome view of the ocean and the condo was very clean and the beds were awesome...the best part was the huge balcony and it really is only steps from the beach! Ron is very friendly and honest and we look forward to staying in his 3 BR this year:)

Military friendly!! The owner was great to work with. The condo was steps to the beach and the view was great! We felt right at home when we walked in. The couches and beds are very comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn't have so much laundry when we got home. I highly recommend this condo!
