Our home is a newly renovated two story with loft and sleeps six comfortably. Vaulted ceilings add to the open air feeling of looking out over lush vegetation through walls of sliding glass doors. New carpet, ceramic tile, furniture and updated kitchen await your pleasure. Located in a private home community our home offers total seclusion located at the end of Seascape Court. The foliage screens the view of civilization.

The interior boasts two bedrooms/ two full baths, a loft area featuring a sitting area and sleeper sofa overlooking the spacious living room and dining room with fireplace, wet bar, large comfortable living room and dining room and fluffy pillows on the couches for the comfort of our guests. An additional queen size sleeper is also available in the living room. It is serviced by a respected property management firm on the island that provides pre-check-in cleaning, inspection, and 24-hour on-call maintenance.

The house features a wrap around screened lanai (over 700 sq. feet) overlooking lush tropical vegetation. The unique tropical garden setting provides total seclusion. Two separate sky decks offer private sun bathing by day and stargazing at night. This is truly a tropical island paradise!

We are less than 100 yards from the beach and directly across from the swimming pool and tennis courts. A short stroll also takes you to the quiet of the bay side docks where you can visit the resident Manatees or watch the Pelicans fish. Park your car or take a limo from the airport and you are within walking distance of most of the best restaurants, shops, art galleries and nightspots on Captiva Island.
