  This condo was very nice and Reyne was easy to work with. She called to make sure evereything was in order with the condo upon our arrival. I really liked that it had two full baths. Also to let everyone know that Schooners is right next door and plays good muisc. We could set out on the balcony and listen to the music. They also have good food. Thanks Reyne for sharing your condo with me and my husband. We will like stay here again next year for Thunder Beach. Even though this one was a wash out. Thanks again, Janie

  First of all the pros: the unit itself is lovely, clean, and being on the 3rd floor is perfect. You park on the 3rd floor of the garage, walk across the catwalk, and there you are! It is also perfect for watching pool people, volleyball games below, sand building, and all the other water activities. BUT, now the cons: all the outside doors in the building must be way too tight, because everybody has to slam their front door in order for it to close - so at all times, you hear slamming doors, especially if they are right next door to you. We also had the same problem with this unit, but after being there a month, the door became easier to close. Also, there were times that the noise/music from Schooner's next door was a little too loud for us, which made it a shame not to be able to enjoy the beautiful balcony. This unit is at the quiet end of the beach (except for Schooner's). You should have a car if you want to shop, go to restaurants, etc. Also, very important: if you like your tea, make sure to bring your own tea kettle whenever you travel, or inquire if there is one in the unit. None of the condos we visited had them...

  Owner response: Dear Alice-Thank you so much for your positive response to my condo. As you are aware, my guests and their accomodations are very important to and feedback is appreciated. The entry door(s) in the entire building are designed to be air-tight for hurricane specs. It's a good thing that 308 is nestled in a private part of the building and slamming doors, though annoying at times, isn't unreasonable. I liked your comment about the T-kettle. Since I am a tea drinker myself, an electric tea pot will be added to the enhancements of the condo!!! Did you check out the new video tab above my VRBO picture?

  My stay at the condo was just perfect and the owner was so nice to call to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Reyne for being a good owner. I hope to return to this beautiful condo. We had the perfect view from the balcony of the Lobster Festival going on. Love the bistro tables on the balcony

Even though the prior furnishing was in good shape, I always strive to offer my guests high quality resort living. The 2 bistro tables and chairs on the balcony allow you to sit high and look over the railing which is one of my favorite features of the condo as well. Hope to see you in the future!

  Exceptionally decorated unit, amazing property with breath taking gulf front view!!!! My wife and 6 year old son had an absolute blast!!!! Can't wait to return to this unit in the future!!!!! Also, excellent experience with the owner!!!!

  It had been 13 yrs since my last visit to Panama City and we chose to go back to see how things had changed since our last stay. I had several questions and the owner was always prompt in responding and very helpful. People at the unit were very nice to us from the lady at check in to the gentleman who set up our beach chairs. Our unit was awesome, very clean and decorated nice, kitchen was up to date with new appliances and i enjoyed the chair and tables on the balcony, great for late evenings or breakfast outside. The 3rd floor was great also, it was up just the right hight to see the amazing view but not too high (since im afraid of hights). Loved this end of the beach very quiet and away from the busy part of town (great for kids). If we return to Panama City we will definitely be back to this condo! My family had a wonderful time and made lots of great memories!

  Owner response: Hi Kristie-Thank you for your kind words and thoughts regrding my condo. It's important to me that each of my guest(s) feel as though this is a resort. My favorite feature is the balcony as well. From the 3rd level balcony I can take in the entire view of the beach, ocean, and pool area while sipping on a glass of wine, or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. In fact, I often see the dolphins playing in the ocean. After realizing the dolphins were a frequent sight, I purchased the "higher" bistro table(s) and chairs to ensure the lovely panoramic view was never missed. Please return as often as possible - I appreciate your stay.

  We have been coming to Panama City Beach off/on for the past 12 yrs. We like this end of the beach because it tends to be a little quieter, but still close enough to all of the other activities that PCB has to offer. We have stayed at the Moonspinner and the Commodore which were nice, in their own way, but in need of some attention/updating. The Seychelles is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The condo is decorated beautifully. With the condo being on the third floor, the same level as the top floor of the parking garage, it is especially nice for loading/unloading and for keeping the the car a little cooler. The complimentary beach chairs were great and the staff on the beach were very accomodating. Located next to our favorite restaurant/bar, Schooners, was a bonus. We had a spectacular time and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Reyne for being a terrific hostess. Paul and Jane K. Indianapolis

  Your condo was even better than the pictures. I would not have wanted to change a thing! Everything was so clean and fresh, and the view from the balcony was fantastic. We will definitely want to rent from you again.
