This condo could be your 'Home away from Home' on Sanibel Island. The 3-bedroom unit is a spacious (1600 sq. ft) ground-floor unit which has been completely renovated for the 2012 Season. The updated condo has new tile floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and completely renovated bathrooms that are designed with your comfort in mind.This condo is impeccably decorated in a tropical theme that is very warm and inviting. There is a large dining room table that will accommodate a family of 8 for dinner.

There is a master suite with tropical decor and all new furnishings The other two beautifully appointed guest rooms share a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower complete with a safety bar and bench. There is also a separate dressing room with an extra sink and ample counter space. The open floor plan encourages large family dinners and evening gatherings. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit in addition to ample lighting. Open the sliding door to the furnished screened-in porch and enjoy the afternoon island breezes.

The living room has a large 42" flat screen HD TV, Blue Ray, audio receiver and ipod/computer adaptor for music. Complementary secure wireless internet (WIFI) is provided for your use in the condo. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen HD TVs and the master has a DVD player.

We have equipped the condo with chairs, toys, umbrellas, ice chests, thermos jugs and a beach cart for your visits to the beach. All Blind Pass guests are welcome to use the tennis courts, kayaks in the bayou and the beautiful heated swimming pool.

A new washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.The linen service supplies you with quality linens and beach towels.

The kitchen was completely renovated in Nov 2011 with granite counters, new appliances,breakfast bar and lovely cabinetry. The kitchen is well stocked with new dishes, glasses, quality pots and small appliances.

Blind Pass Condos are located on the tranquil part of the island, tucked between Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and the quiet island of Captiva. There is a private path which leads you to Bowman's Beach, a 3.5 mile white sand beach which is known for its shelling, swimming, dolphin, bird watching and beautiful sunsets. Bowman's Beach on Sanibel Island is named one of the top ten secluded beaches in America according to ShermansTravel. (see Sherman's website) The beautiful lush landscaping at Blind Pass sets the mood for a truly tropical vacation.

The condo is conveniently located near the beach path, grill area (complete with 6 new gas grills) and oversized heated pool. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a private path which leads you over a beautiful bayou with herons, osprey and abundant sea life.

Blind Pass holds a special place in my heart. I have been vacationing here since I was a young woman and my husband and I continued the tradition when we decided to bring our own children here 20 years ago. We love the private beach, being close to nature, and the family atmosphere on the Island. We finally decided to purchase a condo to call our own.

We were extreemly pleased with the location of the condos since we have always loved Bowman's beach. The walk is so interesting, everyone looked forward to what we would see each day. We saw an alligator from the kayaks, water moccassins one day, lots of flying mullet in the evening, hermit crabs and lots of beautiful birds. The condo itself is much better than the pictures. They need new pictures. It's spacious and well stocked with coolers, carts, umbrellas and lots of cooking equipment. The pool was pretty and the tennis courts nice. The smell of honeysuckle hit you each evening when returning from the beach. What a pleasure. The grounds are well kept and the girls in the office very nice. We had 5 adults and a 9 year old and find it plenty spacious with lots of linens and beach towels. Parking with two cars was never a problem. The dolphin swam with us one day at the beach and at Lighthouse Beach we saw 8 adult and 1 baby stingray at the waters edge. Great place for a family vacation. Room Tip: F-108 easy access to beach and parking

As soon as I walked into your home, I knew our vacation was going to be relaxing. Never did we feel squished in this spacious condo. Love your games/beach stuff closet, it had everything. We went to the crab races, swam with dolphins, had sting-rays swim at our feet at the beach, went snorkeling, and watched every sunset. I couldn't imagine anyone not having a good 'home-felt' time here.

We had a great time beach combing and collecting shells. The condo is fantastic. Definitely enough room for the 6 of us. The kids had a great time with all the beach toys. We added a few more castle pieces. The best part was missing all the cold weather in Missouri! Too bad we have to go back.

We love the seclusion and lack of development on the beach-sunset was spectacular, we plan to come back. The condo was FABULOUS! Perfect distance from the beach and pool and quiet as well! Thank you for providing chairs, toys, umbrella, everything we could possibly need! The kitchen was equally well equipped. We will definitely return to F-108!

The unit was spectacular! Size, furniture-furnishings! You really made our family feel at home. The cart for the beach was a blessing, as were the chairs, toys, and umbrella !! We will be back-for sure. You can tell you and your family enjoy your unit and this is reflected in the way you have opened your home!

Quiet serenity

A great place with plenty of room for game playing, reading, relaxing on the screen porch. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely swimming pool and well maintained grounds. Covered garage for one car. Lots of beach toys and chairs. Five minute walk to great shelling beaches. At north end of Sanibel, near Captiva, and a 10 minute drive to most restaurants and shops. About 15 minutes to the causeway or more if traffic is heavy on the two-lane main road. The property was clean and well-maintained with plenty of linens.
