  The location near the beautiful beach is excellent. The appartment has everything inside you could need and very well decorated, extremely well eqipped and maintained. The bikes and bike trail are very nice to visit Cocoa beach and cape canaveral. The owner is so generous and helpful. YOU HAVE TO STAY there, it is fantastic and you will remember it all your life!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  I have rented several of Kathy's properties, the larger and smaller ones. Kathy is extremely responsive to renters especially if you lock yourself out! Her properties are the best equipped I've ever rented. It is very close to the beach or port, groceries, churches, tennis courts and right on the bicycle trail. The wireless is secured. It is amazingly quiet! Kathy's rentals are very comfortably furnished. I am now planning for a fall vacation there.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our ten day stay at The Beach House met all of our expectations - clean, comfortable, well equipped, wireless Internet, and the beach access just steps away. Very accommodating owners. We definitely will contact them for a return stay when planning our next Florida trip.

  We have spent four winters at this great apartment; we are short just a few days for it to be a year's stay! We really like this apartment as it is homey and clean, in a great location and has super owners. The apartment is as pictured on the website. When we arrive, we like to look and see what changes Kathy has made as she is always improving the rooms. We enjoy the other renters who stay on the property as they are very friendly and welcoming. If you are staying in Cape Canaveral for the beach, it is just 300 steps from the front door. To the North, there is Port Canaveral with lots of great restaurants and to the South is the Cocoa Beach Pier and various restaurants and stores. If we only need a few items, we usually walk to the grocery store. Sometimes we sit on the front porch and watch the walkers, runners, bikers, etc. going about their daily lives. We can also sit in the backyard and read a book or soak up the sun. The library is nearby and we often borrow a video for the evening. The Recreation Centre is within walking distance and has lots of activities to keep us busy. There's tennis, bridge, zumba, etc. Kathy and Scott and very welcoming and look after any concerns quickly and efficiently. They will also respect your privacy. We look forward to returning next winter.

  Our little family of 3, had the most amazing vacation at this beach house. Kathy was so accomodating. She even left us a little easter basket to greet us when we got in on Easter Saturday. Very nice touch. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. The beach just a very short walk away. Nice quiet area, with lots of active people jogging and biking by daily. We hope to return to Florida next winter, and would definitely look into staying here again !! Thanks Again to Kathy for everything you did !! Lori Peters

  We have spent two Christmas's at Kathy's and have had a warm, sunny time. The location is central to everything, the beaches are great for walking and shell collecting. The waves work for casual surfing. Very pet freindly. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. We had a wonderful Christmas time.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  Owner response: We were happy to welcome the "surfers" back for their second Christmas with us and hope to have them visit again. NC isn't all that far away for a short break !!!

  Very clean and comfortable, We felt right at home they had everything we needed and the aparment had plenty space for relaxing. The beach is steps away from the house, we had a great time fishing and swimming. Close to restaurants and groceries (Publix). We had a great stay and I difinitely would recommend this beach house.

  This is just what we wanted , I felt right at home the whole time, they had good movies to watch for children and adults. We also rented the one bedroom which couldn't of ask for more.we has a great family vacation and plenty space for relaxing ,the beach is steps away ,and the owners were super nice we will be back soon I hope.

  Very Clean and spacious 2 bedroom unit. The photos are good but the rooms are much larger than they appear in the photos. We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. I have my usual bag of necessary items for a vacation rental, but I didn't even have to unpack it Kathy had everything. Cooking Oil, olive oil, sugar, spices, salad dressing, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, nice smelling body lotions etc.Each day I tried a different body lotion, my favorite was the coconut. When we arrived we were greeted with a basket of goodies, as well as a keylime cake. Yum, nice way to start a vacation. There are bicyles to use on the bike trail right outside the front door. I think Kathy thought of everything. The beach is just a short block away. My husband enjoyed sitting on the front patio watching the world go by, and people heading for the beach. There is an outside shower to rinse off the sand and salt from the beach. We had a great stay and I definitely would recommend this unit and hope to return soon.

  We have rented this apartment three times and are looking forward to our fourth trip. First, the owners, Kathy and Scott attend to every need. They are friendly, kind and welcoming. The apartment is spacious and clean and well equipped and it's just 300 steps from the front door to the sand of the beach! We like being close to the Library and Recreation Centre. There are bikes available if you want to head to the action of Cocoa Beach or to Port Canaveral. You can also walk to these spots and it is likely 30 - 40 minutes one way. Staying here is a great alternative to a highrise condo rental. Finally, we are able to bring our dog along and she enjoys the treats the other renters bring for her!!! This is a great rental.
