Situated between Albufeira and Praia da Oura, in the small resort of Forte de S. João, Villa Mar is ideally located within a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach.

Accommodations include one double and two twin bedrooms with one en suite bathroom and two other bathrooms. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with both dishwasher and washing machine.

A spacious lounge and a separate but adjacent dining area allow for indoor relaxing. A well cared for garden surrounds the good size swimming pool (4.5 x 8.5m). with extensive patios and a stone barbecue.

On the last floor a roof terrace is ideally suited for sunbathing. Along the beach the walking time to Albufeira main village is 15 min and there are plenty amenities within walking distance.

Major grocery stores are within a 3 min drive or smaller stores within walking distance.

  • A bit of a walk to down town Albufeira; we chose to walk on the beach; on the other hand less traffic and can be very quiet; highly recommended even has an outdoor BBQ; we all loved it. Ana

  • HI everybody.....don't miss this opportunity to go to VILA MAR... My husband Tony and I, had a delightful time there..the house was great and the beaches are fantastic....and the food.....iamiamiiiiiiiiiii... fresh fish on the BBQ....try it...the sardines...and bacalhau...on charcoal.....hummmmmmmmmmmmm we loved it......Tony did not leave the swimming pool ever (perhaps a couple of times)...and took care of the beautiful flowerbeds..I preferred the beach. I would like to go next year with friends the house has 3 big bedroms...and a biggggggggggg living room...with a fireplace...but we love to eat outside near the swimming pool
