This condo is located on the top (third) floor and is an end unit. It has quiet privacy and spectacular water views from each room. There is a feeling that you are on a large boat as it practically sits out over the large expanse of lake front.
There is a spacious sunken living area with fireplace, large master suite with a Jacuzzi, nice size second bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, dining area and laundry area. It is very cozy with comfortable "homey" furnishings.
This location is perfect for a sports weekend to see the Panthers or Knights, get-a-way vacation or corporate rental. For boating or fishing lovers the lake is great for both and a boat slip is available for your use. We will rent daily for $150, weekly( off season) for $750 and a monthly rate is negotiable.
