Island Royale #503, brand new in July 2002, with upgraded features and amenities. On the beach in the quiet West Beach area, yet close to the action in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
Both the master king-size bedroom and the spacious Great Room with sleeper sofa open to a large, private, Gulf-front balcony with great views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach and spectacular sunsets. Queen-size guest bedroom and master bedroom have their own private bath. Fully-equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops with breakfast bar. A dining area is located between the kitchen and Great Room.
Step out of the complex onto the sugar-white sands of our private beach and a few steps later enjoy the emerald, cooling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Three night minimum, based on availability within two weeks of check-in.
* Holiday rates slightly higher.
* Cleaning, Processing & Vehicle Fees and Taxes are NOT included in rates.
* $250 Reservation/Security Deposit (Refundable).
* $30 Processing Fee (Non-refundable).
* Cleaning Fee $104.00 + tax.
* Vehicle Registration Fee $12.00.
* 6/24-8/5 weekly only Saturday to Saturday.

Your (our) home for the weekend was beautiful! WE all walked in and could not believe our eyes. It was very clean and well decorated. We were all wondering if you designed it all yourself. But that didn't matter. We just may come home with some great ideas! Shannon loved the green in the master bath! Thank you all for inviting our family for the weekend!

Your condo is absolutely beautiful! The sound of the water is intoxicating. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. Only you wil really know how special this time spent together can mean to us. We had a wonderful time! I can see Kim's decorating touch as well as in the kitchen. I was very impressed, a crock pot and something to cook gumbo in. It was truly a home away from home. We left you a corkscrew in the utensil holder. Enjoy! P.S. For all the key lime pie lovers, go to Wal-Mart and buy a Sams Choice in the freezer section. Believe me, it's as good as any at the beach!
