Shorewalk is a wonderful place to vacation. It is a 10-15 minute drive to the beach and is close to a supermarket, restaurants, gym, movie theater and just about anything else you could ask for. The condo was spotless when we arrived and we soon found it to very comfortable and enjoyably livable. From the patio the view of the well kept grounds and the lake is fantastic. Interesting wildlife was abundant much to the interest of our little one. Charlie and Linda were exceptionable hosts and took special effort to help us with some of our pre-vacation needs. Thanks Charlie & Linda. We wish we could stay again next year, but unfortunately we have other commitments. Maybe in the years to come.

Dear Linda and Charlie, I want you to know that we had a wonderful time at your condo in Bradenton. I've rented many times, in many different locations from vrbo.com and have never been disappointed, but yours was one of the BEST!!! I know I've said this before but I'll say it again that we so much appreciated how clean the condo was. It was absolutely spotless. On top of that, everything was functional - we were never disappointed to find something that we needed to use that didn't work. Being so close to Publix was so convenient and the complex itself was very, very nice and well taken care of. I so enjoyed those nice pools - I used both!! Thank you so much for being so great to work with and for calling on our first night there to make sure that everything was OK.

We enjoyed our stay at Shorewalk very much. It is a safe, beautiful, well-kept place. The grounds are gorgeous and the condo was in great shape. We had a neighbor who liked "ours" much better than theirs. The proximity to the stores were so convenient and we were not afraid to walk to the stores in that area. We were even lucky enough to be beside a group from Canada, who sang, played guitars and accordian, and danced for at least an hour each evening. The mama & papa goose honored us with 6 goslings while we were there & brought them up the sidewalk to show them off. I would hesitate to recommend it to others, as it might be occupied when I wanted to go:) The owner even called while we were there, to make sure everything was acceptable. Can't wait to go again. Thank you to the owners for allowing me to enjoy their place.

Good family vacation

Stayed here April 2011 for spring break. It had great space for our family of 5. Lots to do in the resort plus close to beaches. Condo was very clean and pleasant. Owner was very helpful and called at check in day to make sure everything was okay.

we stayed at this condo in the 3rd week in September 2010 .It was a great place to stay.Very clean and well looked after.In an ideal location for shopping,beach and chilling out by the pool,which is just across from the small lake.We live in England and booking was very easy and the owners could not have been more helpful. I hope to be back real soon!

Beautiful Condo

Thank you for this fantastic equipped ground floor condo. This condo is spacious and very clean. Beach, shopping opportunities and attractions like Theme Parks are very close. A Publix Supermarket is in walking Distance. I would highly recommend it to rent to anybody.

We stayed at this condo for a week in late April,2010 and enjoyed it tremendously. A great central location, close to whatever was needed...We were a bit outside peak season so it was peaceful and quiet.

My wife and I stayed for the month of March 2010. Everything was as described in the descriptions, clean plus everthing worked., plus the big bonus was that you could walk to almost everything you need even the movie theatre. We felt very safe and we would even leave our patio screen door unlocked when we were at the pool. We would highly recommend it to rent to anybody.

I rented this property for my cousins, I couldn't find a better place for them to spend thier vacation. From the moment I contacted Linda (owner) I felt that I will not make a mistake. She was really helpfull and accomodating. The apartment is beautiful and everything you need is there. Nice view, walking distance to supermarkets and access to main roads. Definitly will rent this property again! Thank you Linda!

We were there in the beginning of december.such a nice place to stay.lots of things to do there.many shops and places to eat around.so comfortable and clean apartment.i would recomment it.

Perfect place to stay, good location for shops and places to eat. Complex is excellent with good facilities.We have stayed here several times, but found this condo to be well placed, as it looked onto most of the amenities, without being too close, and we could keep an eye on the children whilst sitting out at the patio. It was well equipped, modern, spacious and very clean. The owners were very approachable, and kept us informed and updated on our booking. They also gave us a contact locally welcomed us as we arrived, and was available if there were any problems, but there were none. This will certainly be our first choice of condo when we return to this resort. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
